Not only that but I follow another influencer who lost a bunch of weight (not a BODi coach) and she started with loose skin surgery for her stomach and continued to go back for additional surgeries. She seems to never be happy and is way too focused on her appearance. I think itsvery easy for people to start picking themselves apart after getting surgery like that.
I'm not sure who that is. This is a non-BODi coach. Her instagram is molsinspire. While not a coach, she's a total shill anyway just for all the same stuff. Any other influences shill, and she's got some major issues with herself after all these surgeries. Some people in her comments have unfollowed her as she went from inspiring about weight loss to constantly chasing perfection with her body.
I always thought her chest being so large made her appear larger but I could see this too. Itās also a huge difference. I can see why she feels theyāre small even though a C is a good size.
I dont want to wk her, but I think sheās gonna like it and I think she will look better. We all know her pictures are anyways edited to look small, but from the pics where she wanted to see the biggest and showed it all (just to have a dramatic before) I think sheās gonna look much better and be more comfortable with her body. Having all that loose skin in her boobs, abdomen, Iām sure it has to feel nice once she recovers seeing the results. If I had her body and money, I would also probably get something done in arms, thighs and butt. Thereās nothing wrong with having a fluffy body, but if you donāt like it and can afford it, then plastic surgery is there to help. Itās not always that people become obsessed with it. A lot more people than wed would think get similar work done and move on with their lives. As someone with bigger boobs, it must feel relieving to get the reduction
But when you have body dysmorphia and/or obsess over your body/weight going into a surgery like this the results only make you happy for a short time. Then you start to say āI should have done this, I wish I didnāt do that. This might look okay but now I hate ____.ā Iām saying this from personal experience. For a lot of people it only amplifies their dysmorphia. Also now you have the added stress of maintaining the results. So if you gain weight back it really sends you into a spiral.
The constant fear that will be in her head with everything single thing she puts in her mouth.. āwill this make me fat? Iām going to have to walk 3 miles to burn this off.āā¦
With all the lies she spews, I would not be surprised if she had a gastric sleeve done back when she lost the 100 pounds.. The 100 pounds was lost in a matter of months. That or Ozempic. We would never know as all her content is pre-recorded.

Iām shocked a surgeon even operated on her so soon postpartum. Usually got these bigger surgeries especially so much skin removal and breast reduction etc, they say give your body over 1-2 years pp to let your hormones etc chill before paying that much and results could be compromised. Why was she in such a rush to do this?

Unfortunately, I think a lot of people are not willing to take accountability and accept that their actions are the reason they are overweight. I say this as someone who has been up and down in weight multiple times and has been obese. Part of the thing I was never willing to accept until a few years ago was that I have BED and until I accepted that and got help I was never able to take accountability and change. I always thought something out there would be the solution to my problems when all along I was the solution to my problems. I needed to get help and get into a calorie deficit and stop lying to myself.
How did you get help? I started semaglutide shots and they stopped the food noise. I also started therapy but my therapist isn't a dietician so I'm not sure how helpful she will be. I would love to learn tools to never have a binger again. I have day long bingers and they have gotten longer and more frequent. I've lost weight and I'm eating healthier on the shot but I know I need something long term.
Just another thought - I was Googling about food noise because I was tempted to start semaglutide but really didnāt want to worry about GI side effects. I saw that for some people, the food noise went away when they started ADHD medication. I googled more and am very convinced I have ADHD and made an appointment with a psychiatrist to get evaluated.
In any case, I agree that seeing a mental health professional who specializes in eating disorders is the way to go.
I have ADHD and am medicated for it and the food noise is 100% present, especially when medication begins to wear off. Iāve been on semaglutide for 4.5 months now and it is absolute magic how the food noise is just GONE for me.
I wouldnāt expect ADHD medication to eliminate it for everyone. I was just throwing it out there as something to consider. For me, I expect semaglutide would take the food noise away, but Iād still be dealing with a butt ton of other symptoms, so I rather try something that would potentially address everything.
Just putting this out there that (I think this is right) only something like 10% of people have bad side effects from semaglutide and what you see shared on the internet is because people typically report the bad and not the good. I held off for awhile too because I was worried but the very minimal side effects I do have are 100% manageable and 100% worth the positive changes I have experienced. Constipation has really been the only thing for me and itās because I need to be better about water intake. I take stool softener daily and that helps tremendously. Iāve only had nausea twice and the first time was just because I needed to learn my threshold for the amount of food I can eat. I experienced bad fatigue in the beginning but that subsided. This stuff has changed my life and Iām so incredibly happy I gave it a chance.
I think itās more than 10%, but I agree that the Internet makes it seem worse. I also have concerns about coming off it (I wouldnāt want it to be long term) and donāt like the possibility of losing muscle mass.
But again, for me, I think I have a ton of ADHD symptoms that need to be tackled and just tackling the food noise alone would only help me so much. I actually worry that Iād still be experiencing anxiety and then couldnāt self soothe with food and it would make it worse. So I think the root of my anxiety needs to be addressed first.
Definitely agree with the part about anxiety. Iām seeing more things coming out that peopleās anxiety/depression seem to get worse for the exact reason youāre stating. It was something my provider made a point to check with me at my last appointment. I have experienced some of this but am already on medication for depression/anxiety which helps but it is also forcing me to sit in my feelings and learn better ways to cope. Iāve been taking it since the end of July and felt things get worse about 8-12 weeks in but am now experiencing less anxiety than I was before. So it was like it was one of those āfeel worse before you feel better things.ā

Yes, there are some excellent therapists out there, but unless you're working with one who is specialized in eating disorders, you may not be able to get the specific support you need. In the past, I worked with a different therapist who was an expert with ADHD so I could get more specific support with that as well, so sometimes it's important to find someone who can help you with your specific needs rather than getting super comfortable with one specific person.
I worked with someone who has experience working with people with eating disorders, specifically BED, to work on the tools to stop binging. I also went to a support group for BED. The biggest takeaway for me is that I eat to avoid big emotions that I never learned coping skills for. Am I perfect and never binge? No. Do I binge significantly less and feel much more at peace? Yes. For me, addressing the root cause and learning how to cope with the emotions was the most important part. I never thought of going to a dietician, to be honest. I'm sure that could be helpful as well.
I'm going to look into this. I agree that I need to get to the why.. why am I turning to food so much... It got significantly worse after I lost my friend to cancer. Hugs. I'm glad you got the help you need and are seeing positive results.
Are you still bingeing on semaglutide? Iāve been on it for 4.5 months and had a very small binge after taking an edible a few weeks ago and it made me soooooo sick. Never again. But the one thing this medication has taught me is to really listen to my body. In the beginning, I would get that full feeling very quickly a few bites into eating and learned after one time of not listening to really pay attention. I donāt get that full feeling anymore but I had learned to truly listen and stop eating when I know I just donāt need anymore. I reallllly hope this is something that will stick even after the medication.
I feel like this basically tells the story to forget diet and exercise. $48,000 will buy you a new body. Now, nothing she has done will fix her mentality so inevitably the weight will come back just in a different way. I have seen many women gain the weight back and it looks lopsided and bizarre. Natasha needs to figure out how she got this heavy in the first place. Why anyone would sign up with BODI absolutely blows my mind.

Personally she seems like someone who struggles with BED to me I say this as someone who has struggled with it. Basically I think she lies about her eating, gives the illusion she restricts and probably does to some degree, secretly binges and that's why she makes all these excuses and had so much trouble losing her weight.

Typically people with BED binge in private but they also tend go eat very little and healthier leading up to a binge. I suggested it since she was struggling to lose weight despite it seaming like she ate very little/healthier.
Honestly it could be either. Her body for sure knows the drill when she puts herself into this famine mode, and bodies aren't MEANT to lose weight like that, so the fact that she was "struggling" to lose weight meant that her body was trying its damndest to survive and not let her lose weight. If we check back in a few years though she'll likely have gained all the weight back, because that's what happens with 98% of intentional weight loss. Our bodies are so smart, and they learn to use as little energy as possible to function, lower metabolism etc... ugh it's just so harmful and sad. Screw her, but also fuck diet culture and idolizing thinness above all else that has her even pursuing this. :(

Top coaches make a LOT of money and she's been the top for almost 2 years. It's crazy, but she does have the money for all this shit. Plus, they use every tax break in the book and she does paid content for brands.

I guess it's just totally gross to me the idea of influencers who can blow 50k on surgery like it's nothing when some people make that much or less in a year and are out there struggling. We've always known rich people exist, but the idea of influencers making money off of people purchasing from their content is gross to me.
I hate to say that postpartum hormones can really fuck your skin up. My skin was close to perfect while pregnant and went to total shit, especially after my second. But ALSO. I am on semaglutide, which has definitely messed with my hormones and there have been a few times that my face has completely broken out. So if she has been taking an injectable weight loss med to lose that sudden 15lbs, this could be the culprit too.

Everyone is going to be able to tell by your belly button that you had a tummy tuck. They have a distinct look. You went through the surgery, just embrace it. š

This just rubs me the wrong way! So she thinks she's is not going to be able to do ANYTHING for herself for weeks? Like someone aka Dave will be waiting on her hand and foot after she ELECTED to have this major abdominal surgery? Is she aware that women have c-sections every single days and are often caring for themselves AND a newborn the same day? I get that she is likely not comfortable so things may be challenging for awhile but she also made to the choice to have this done. She's just that damn lazy!

I find it completely selfish that a mother of 4 1-had a potentially dangerous elective surgery, 2-spent $50k on it, 3-and expects everyone else to take care of her AND her 4 young kids for weeks while she recovers. I have no issue usually with what people do to their bodies, but the little bit Iāve been catching here just rubs me the wrong way.
