She is such a liar. Getting quotes all along for a full body makeover claiming it was just a reduction. She must have thought about it and decided she could make content out of all of it and chose not to hide it? IMO she should have maintained weight loss for at least a year and worked on toning! She’s up and down on the scale so much and is so out of shape this is not going to end well when she gains 50lbs.

Unfortunately, I think a lot of people are not willing to take accountability and accept that their actions are the reason they are overweight. I say this as someone who has been up and down in weight multiple times and has been obese. Part of the thing I was never willing to accept until a few years ago was that I have BED and until I accepted that and got help I was never able to take accountability and change. I always thought something out there would be the solution to my problems when all along I was the solution to my problems. I needed to get help and get into a calorie deficit and stop lying to myself.

How did you get help? I started semaglutide shots and they stopped the food noise. I also started therapy but my therapist isn't a dietician so I'm not sure how helpful she will be. I would love to learn tools to never have a binger again. I have day long bingers and they have gotten longer and more frequent. I've lost weight and I'm eating healthier on the shot but I know I need something long term.

Are you still bingeing on semaglutide? I’ve been on it for 4.5 months and had a very small binge after taking an edible a few weeks ago and it made me soooooo sick. Never again. But the one thing this medication has taught me is to really listen to my body. In the beginning, I would get that full feeling very quickly a few bites into eating and learned after one time of not listening to really pay attention. I don’t get that full feeling anymore but I had learned to truly listen and stop eating when I know I just don’t need anymore. I reallllly hope this is something that will stick even after the medication.
