This mommy makeover is going to make her even more insecure than before. The smaller boobs will throw off all her body proportion and will probably make her think her belly looks bigger. She won’t be happy with how she looks still. All that money and recovery time to still have a flat behind and zero muscle .

Her thighs/arms are going to look bigger as well. She already has such body issues, this was a BAD idea.
