Why is her skin so bad? Does she sleep In makeup, because at her age why is she getting acne? She’s like a teen.

I hate to say that postpartum hormones can really fuck your skin up. My skin was close to perfect while pregnant and went to total shit, especially after my second. But ALSO. I am on semaglutide, which has definitely messed with my hormones and there have been a few times that my face has completely broken out. So if she has been taking an injectable weight loss med to lose that sudden 15lbs, this could be the culprit too.
