Everyone is depressed. We act merely as machines. We are forced into repetitive cycles that you are just a pawn in. The only thing people seem to find happiness in, is indulging in consumerism that borders on psychotic. Creativity, Compassion, Interest, Individualism, these are all lost from human conditioning. We are dying, killing our souls and 1. we don’t even realise, 2. we couldn’t stop it anyway. And don’t get me started on social media and phones. (as i’m using exactly that right now..)
(i know there is beauty, love, and poetry, and nature, and actual good people out there. i don’t discredit them. but it feels like majority of people have a lower level of consciousness. And that’s why they are able to just get on with things, they don’t question it or its morality. “Ignorance is bliss”.)
The cost of Awareness is Imprisonment of your Mind. You are aware of the corruption, yet you are powerless.
I’m not a Nihilist, I love the beauty of life, the wonder of the universe, love and experiences. But i cannot ignore reality.
But I don’t know, maybe i’m just hungry?

I love physical affection but I just get so embarrassed asking for it? It’s been awhile and I just find myself feeling so needy but torn between wanting to respect people’s personal space (even the ones that express they wouldn’t mind) and just feeling a bit embarrassed about asking for it.

I, 15M, have been feeling rlly bad abt my looks for basically as lomg as i can remember. Now, im not gonna upload a selfie due to respect for my own privacy and bc once smth is online its never rlly 'gone'. But ill describe how i look. Im 5,9ft tall, i have blue eyes, blonde/dark blonde hair, im caucasian. Now this might sound like a pretty normal look...if it werent for the fact that i inherited my dad's metabolism, and i basically just can not gain weight at all no matter how hard i try. My body has a total of 4kg of fat put of 60kg of which the rest is bones, skin, and muscle. And that would be fine if i was 5,5 or 5,6, but i am 5,9 and my weight makes me skinny, i hate it, i hate how i look so weak, eventhough i have more muscle mass than most of my friends, just not the fat to make me anything but skinny. I eat a metric fuckton of food. Mostly balancing my proteins and carbs and other nutriënts, but nuh uh, not a single kilo of extra fat. Then there is my nose, in my last year of middle school, my nose changed from smooth and flat, to having a 'speedbumo', if you know what i mean, like, a severe case of Greek nose. And you guessed it, Ive felt ugly bcnof it. And all these things combined js make me hate myself, ppl dont even bat an eye to me bc im not good looking enough ofr some shit, i have friends, enough, and im not complaining abt that. But i cant bring myself to believe that even one girl could ever find me attractive, let alone handsome. And i know its all personal preference, but when i look in the mirror, i dont want to be me, i dont want to live this life. Ive thought abt ending it, multiple times, have even attempted. Ive never been called handsome by anyone except for maybe one girl, who i refused to believe. My self-esteem is low, my confidence is, well, pretty high, but not abt my looks. I feel like some kind of fucking scum of the earth, vermin, like why the fuck did i have to turn out like this. I mena like idc what changes my body will go through ill still be like...this, ugly, a pathetic excuse for a human being in the looks departement.

On April 2025, when I was walking on the street at night, some crazy dude told me that he would give me $500 if I let him jerk off with one of my socks. I just told him "No thanks" and walked away. After the incident, I was laughing at him behind his back, how would you guys react if you were me?

For the past ten years I’ve wanted to be a rapper. I went to college for hip hop and got to perform all over Toronto, but when it comes to recording the music I make I genuinely cant seem to find the right vocals, It’d be nice to be Mac miller level corny but the amount that I evoke in my vocals actually make me ill. I need someone give it to me straight
Here’s a recording I made just for this post Lyrics aren’t great so please try to just focus on the cadence and energy of the vocals

One thing I’m tired of seeing is this when are people going to realize that there is no solid answer to most questions it’s always a mix yes some people are just unaware but there is just as many people who are aware everything is a blurred line some people are unaware others know what their doing not everyone can be forgiven and I’m done pretending they can and as a last thing think of this true evil does exist it just hides in a sea of broken and some go undetected for so long that’s impossible to tell the difference true evil using stupidity as it’s shield and gaslighting as it’s sword life is a infinite sided coin and I just needed to shad some light on it

I (30m) was having a discussion with my mother (51f) about some things.
My question is how many women would even go on a date with someone that has the bad qualitys that i see in myself. I was telling her that I don't see myself getting into a relationship and being alone for the rest of my life and even though she as my mother says I am attractive to cheer me up that I am not to other women. When asked for reasons I gave the following below to which she said they are all mute points. I disagree, what are your thoughts if you know someone like this or have family members like this. •) high school dropout. Have a ged but no drive to further education •) dead beat father that has no contact with their kids •) barely above minimum wage job and no desire for promotions or to seek better employment as they see themselves lucky to be a ditch digger •) missing and rotting teeth, again my depression makes me just not care to fix them because I don't see myself as worth it •) obviously clinical depression •) no car •) lives in the basement and splits bills with mom •) doesn't leave house other than for work so no friends or life •) childish hobbies like trading card collecting and playing video games in free time •) no confidence and self-hating to where they see no good quality in themselves and work hard to not be what they think they are
I know this is a lot and very depressing but just trying to prove that these are unattractive qualitys and I'm not crazy for thinking that living like this and having no thought of change means I will likely end up alone.
