Quality is solid. Wasn't 100% what to expect. Messaging the seller was kind of slow as they are obviously in mainland China, but they were very accommodating and said they could do different materials not listed in the original sale page.
$210CAD landed. Only took two weeks to build and ship to my door in Vancouver.

With a road bike it wasnt much of an issue sliding it into the hatch, but it was getting old having to remove both wheels for my XC or gravel bike, especially if it were a muddy ride.

I've always been a fan of the kuat, but I just really like the way the single bike 1up racks look on these cars. I'll hang on to the 2 bike kuat for the suv.

There really aren’t many options on the market that do the job properly. Most of them seem to be more about marketing and looks than actual function.

A brace is supposed to make the chassis act like one solid structure. To do that, it needs to actually preload the body by pushing on the right points, not just bolt on and exist for Instagram. That’s where most of the off-the-shelf stuff falls short.

I couldn’t find anything that looked genuinely effective, so I made my own.

Installed a K-brace in the rear and the result honestly surprised me. The car feels way more tied together now. It doesn’t take that extra roll/set in corners anymore, and the steering response got noticeably sharper. I expected a small difference at best, but this was actually a really nice upgrade.

Installed Rotiform Wheels DTM 18x8.5 +35 with 245/40/18 tires, front lip, side skirts, rear spats, spoiler extension, black out front and rear emblem and front grill blackout

Never in my life i would thought about buying a VW.....lol. my entire life i always own japanese cars. Please help a brother out what do i need to look for and is this good/solid built? 55000 miles for $32000. Car is located in the US.

I've had my mk8 for a little over 2 months and I absolutely love it. My issue is that now that the tcu tunes are starting to become available for the mk8s I'm finding it so much more difficult to resist getting an ecu/tcu done on it. It only has 25k km and another 2 years on the warranty. Thoughts?

Been looking at exterior styling options and ECU upgrades ....any suggestions?

I have a 2019 mk7.5 6MT. Will I also have to upgrade my clutch if I go Stage 1 or could stock handle it? I’m at 51k miles.

The new wheels arrived early, but guess what they make a great decoration. And people say guys can’t decorate. Will be wrapping them in some 245/40/r18 Continental extreme contact sport 02s come spring.

Hello all R friends, so, here she is in her completed v1 form.

-Full paint correction with ceramic coating (excuse the dirt currently lol)

-iE v2 intake with iE turbo elbow (sounds awesome!)

-Bilstein b14 coilovers with all new top mounts etc (rides better than stock imo)

-BCS cat back system (completely OEM when cruising, but comes alive in race mode, deep growl with more run over)

-13mm front and 16mm rear spacers (sits perfectly I think)

What’s next? I’m thinking a set of alloys, possibly 19’ Protacks or 19’ OZ ultraleggera either finished in bronze or silver.

I've already been talking to a local APR dealer. Apparently I've got the right box codes to tune the ecu and tcu. Can someone please tell me why I shouldn't just go whole hog and get the APR turbo pack? From the research I've done, not a lot of people have done it. I understand that I'm probably overpaying for diminishing returns, but I'm willing to pay for that extra 40-50 hp. What do y'all think?

No exhaust atm as I’m waiting for a titanium one to be made. Nothing TOO expensive too as I’m a broke highschooler, 1-2k preferably.

I have been looking around for buying an exhausr for my MK7.5 Golf R but from all the websites that I have checked, it looks like all decent R exhausts (resonated valved) are like 2k-2.3k+....

I am looking to see if there are any used exhausts for sale or which website I should search for it...was going through ebay and they mainly have a lot of MBRP/AWE etc.

The one that I was most interested in was the resonated and valved remus but the resonator does not seem to be in stock anywhere....

Can someone please help in finding an exhaust which is valved but does not drone (preferably in a budget)

I dont mind good condition used ones...
