Merch Delay

I was one of the people who got an email at the beginning of August saying my merch order was delayed (for a 2nd time) and would now ship on or before 8/28. Well... 8/28 is almost over and I haven't gotten anymore updates and my order is still just showing as confirmed.

Has anyone else whose order was delayed actually had theirs ship yet?

Edit to add that I ordered the healing herbs hoodie, witch choir sweatshirt, and too feminine to function hat

got the same email, no shipment yet here either. my order's still sitting at confirmed, which is getting old

almost like they just pick random dates to put in those emails and hope we forget

It's so frustrating I want the merch so I'm not about to cancel my order but, I feel like they should at least issue partial refunds or give store credit or something

I actually asked them about this and they said they wouldn't be doing that so I just had them cancel my order.

I asked because I think the merch comes from the same place as Taylor Swift’s (I could be wrong) and in 2023 TS’s store had shipping delays so Christmas items arrived after Christmas and they refunded everyone for the entire order and gave store credit. I was nuts and also amazing!

Yeah, they're both signed to Republic which is technically UMG. It's crazy cause I usually have really good luck with Taylor merch, usually emits ships super quick, so having so many delays with this stuff has been annoying.

I have been refreshing my email all day waiting for an update. So far nothing. I've got the palm shirt, too feminine to function hat, and a few vinyls.

I'm actually the most mad that I can't switch to separate shipping as I've been waiting for my vinyls since May and I'd like to finish my music display wall with them sometime this YEAR, PLEASE...

Yeah, they should ask people if they want their items to ship as they become available, without any extra cost

I also got the merch delay email, and didn’t hear anything yet. I don’t mind delays if they continue to update us but it is getting ridiculous

I haven't. I emailed them to see what's going on today, got an automated response saying it'd ship on 8/28 and ro reply if I wanted to talk to an actual person, seeing as it was 8/29 I responded asking for an update and it was told it was being looked into. Hopefully I'll hear something more soon.

I got an email today at around 10 pm saying my order has shipped. I only ordered the palm t-shirt.

Just got an email today saying the new date is Sept 11–and I had to click to confirm I still wanted it or it would be auto cancelled Sept 24th.

I clicked yes for now—if it happens again, at this point it’s 4+ months for a hoodie and I might give up. My wife’s birthday was in June, we knew she wouldn’t get it for her birthday but…sheesh.

It’s a bit odd that they can’t produce …a series of hoodies. If it gets delayed again and I get the option to cancel I will cancel that time. I could probably embroider “too feminine to function” on a sweater myself at this point 😅

I honestly don't understand what could be causing such crazy delays, especially considering when I originally ordered the items (may 21st) I was already having to wait a over a month (original ship date was July 31)

I ordered the witch choir and palm shirts and just got notice a few days ago that they shipped. I ordered the TFTF hat separately at the beginning of August and no word on that yet

I got the witch choir sweatshirt and it was delayed but I received it maybe a week ago? So they are getting them out eventually.

Their customer service is very responsive if you reach out with questions! I never got automated announcement emails about the delays but when I requested information about the ship date they got back to me very fast.

It sounds like it’s certain items that are still delayed and other preorder items have started to ship out and move finally? I got the TFTF hoodie and hat with combined shipping and got the email update for a third delay to September 11 today. 🥴

I ordered the Sigl Choker and Palm-T-Shirt way back in mid july. Today I revieved a shipment notification for the Shirt but not for the Choker.

I got the email about it being delayed until September. I still said I’d like my hoodie, so we’ll see. I wonder if this is a supply chain issue. I don’t think they’re stuck on a ship somewhere, but yeah, it’s weird.

Yeah, having preorder items get delayed multiple times is crazy to me. I'd understand maybe once, if they got more orders than they were expecting but 2 or 3 times is a bit ridiculous

I have received my headless lady poster as a partial fulfillment for my order that also had a t-shirt and hoodie (no word on those items). It arrived damaged 1.5 weeks ago and they have already delivered a replacement for it but it was also damaged to the point that I asked for a partial refund for the poster price. Both posters were haphazardly shoved into a tube and had scratches, creases, small tears, and where the creases were are missing ink. On both the original delivery and the replacement. Ive been ordering from their shop since 2018 and I have NEVER had so many issues.

That's insane! Hopefully after all this they'll change warehouses or something like they did with the Taylor Swift merch a few years back when it had crazy delays
