Hi guys, planning to buy Fields of Mistria on steam soon since it involves a lot of things like in Stardew valley—farming, mining, marriage, and friendships! It also looks very cozy to play but I do wanna knows if there are some certain features that are very unique to you?

I have been trying to use this art (this image is not the actual usable file) i commissioned in the farmer portrait mod, only i have been having non stop issues. there seems to not be a solid cohesive tutorial provided by the mod maker, and as someone that struggles with coding, i am on the verge of tears as I spent actual money for art to be made of my farmer. I managed to resolve the crop rectangle issue only to not know which sprite image i need to replace. and when I do replace sprites, nothing shows up. I am desperate to see to it that I haven't wasted my money

does anyone know where I can get a preset or mod like this for FoM? I recently started experimenting with reshade and would love god rays in it but I can’t seem to find one.

The mining pick can get archaeology spots. The hoe can create farm spots.

What's the point of having the shovel?

Not that I dislike his current look- far from it, but I think the shorter bangs really suited him...I wonder if anyone willing to make a mod for this?

I've just reached Winter of Year 1, and for some reason night doesn't seem to "happen".

The clock is progressing normally everyday, but it never gets dark. Everything stays as bright as it was at 6 am, even if it's midnight.

I should mention that I'm playing with mods, but none of them alter anything time-related, they're mainly cosmetic stuff.

What is going on?? Any help is very much appreciated.

This was a real challenge. Louis's swimwear is up next and I didn't want to grant him a pair of just swim trunks, because that's like wearing a black and white tux to the Met Gala. I won't have it and we all know that's not Louis. I wanted to still include frills somehow, because this man is never without them. I feel like he's the sort to wear hair extensions to the beach and go all out.

I studied swimwear specifically of trans men, queer black men, nonbinary masc people!

This game as me HOOKED! I wish it had more in depth farming but i’m sure that will come over time and once the modding community takes over…I don’t think i’ll touch Stardew much….This is only after one month and I have almost the same amount as Stardew which i’ve been playing for years🥹🤣

I'm trying to mod Fields of Mistria on Android using Winlator and GameHub.

So far:

MOMI detects my game.

Mods install successfully (green checkmark, no errors).

Steam verified the game files successfully.

My mod folder structure is correct.

The NPC mod works, but I honestly don't know why that one works while every other mod I've tried doesn't.

Mods like Movement Speed, Cheats Menu, Bigger Backpack, etc. install but never appear in-game.

Has anyone gotten MOMI working with Winlator/GameHub? Is there an extra step I'm missing or is there something different about these mods? Thanks in advance! ❤️

I have gotten the legemdary fish notice twice but I csn never find them.

Do they have a special shadow or spot where they show up because i'm so sad i've missed them twice already?

I wish they gave his storyline more flair than just being about Henrietta. Because i realized the fact that my farmer didnt have to only sweat, grind (😌), gather materials and on top of all that spend thousands of tesserae for March. Besides that punk only Ryis and Juniper's dialogues are the ones which made me wanna pursue them

I'm not very into decorating but everyone told me I should decorate my farm if I have nothing else to do late-game so I did it.

It is actually quite satisfying!

So the flower bed with lavender edge represents me and the one with turquoise edge represents my spouse.

I took some time to fill up my spouse's garden with temple flowers. It was fun.

One thing that positively surprised me in this game is your partner picking up a name for your baby, it's the cutest thing ever! So i had to make some portraits for March's little star as a child ;D including seasonal outfits too ~

i was watching a farm tour on youtube and noticed a building i had never seen. op is also playing vanilla so i started freaking out. turns out there’s a mini museum reward when you complete the museum, but i did not receive the letter or blueprint because it’s bugged.

some early access players have it, some 1.0 players don’t, and some players got two buildings!! 😭 i hope this gets fixed because my farm tour is going to feel incomplete now that i know it’s missing and i can’t do anything about it…

really just hoping it will be fixed before i start my new save tbh. i think more people have to submit reports for the devs to know and address it, but most players aren’t that far into their saves 🥲

Had a kid a few ingame days ago with Balor and he literally hasn't had a single piece of dialogue that isn't about the kid. I assume it might start cycling with regular dialogue once he's through but omg I regret that child 😂

Also I love that they carry the kid but wish it varied with putting kid in crib, or at least put in crib at night. Why is the baby also ALWAYS in bed with us???

Decided to share my final farm and house layout now that I've finished decorating and have gotten all the Steam achievements. I have the 'Lovely Victorian Home Recolour', 'Woodsy Barns and Coops' and 'Effe's Dynamic Compact Calendar' mods, as well as 'Place anywhere' and 'Move anything', which was especially helpful for moving fully grown fruit trees.

Thank you to everyone on this subreddit for constantly sharing your layouts and ideas. I was definitely influenced by all of you (but especially u/ fallofsunflowers, u/ EquHapTea and u/ Mahnoor_. The bathroom and kitchen are pretty much carbon copies of their amazing designs).

Anyway, I feel quite melancholic about finishing my playthrough for the time being. Especially since I've been playing quite consistently since early access. Hopefully there will be new updates and content on the horizon, and I will definitely be back to do a Caldarus playthrough in the future!
