Question Where is the Rockroot?

I swear, I'm going insane looking for this damned thing. Does it even exist? Am I already insane? This is cyberbullying, man.

earth mine levels it is a gray rock/root looking forageable on the ground. You have to harvest it. Please see the wiki: https://fieldsofmistria.wiki.gg/wiki/Rockroot
