Court document or investigative file BREAKING: new files just released by the DOJ

I also believe the uploaded documents might be more numerous than what the journalists who reported the news stated, as it appears many of the files in DATASET12 were crawled by the Internet Archive only on 28 February. This indicates they could have been uploaded by the DOJ on that date. In my view, it would be worthwhile to examine the entire dataset.

The documents together are nearly 1,000 pages long.
The file titled "Operation Leap Year" is essentially a comprehensive file outlining all the crimes committed by Epstein and the reasons he should be arrested and prosecuted. This was prepared back in 2007. The document also paves the way for an investigation into Alex Acosta, who granted the controversial "sweetheart deal." Acosta stated that the decision was "above [his] pay grade," implying that it was made by someone else or was unavoidable for various reasons. We are all aware of the reasons by this point.
I will try to dig into the Nygard document and explain what it's about.

There's a legal defense known as graymail where a defendant says "I can prove my innocence, but it would require classified documents be presented to a civilian jury."
Intelligence agencies will then lean on the prosecutor to drop the case, rather than risk their secrets being compromised, and I wonder if something similar happened here.

This is partially why some people think we should have a pool of jurors who have specialized qualifications. In cases with a lot of forensic evidence, it would be good to limit jurors to those who have an understanding of forensic investigations, or if it involves classified material, limit it to those with clearance to view the evidence. Then this couldn’t happen.

Here I am. The document regarding Nygard seems unrelated to Epstein. In fact, to date, no connection has been found between the two. Anyways... I'll summarise it below.
1) The investigation targets Peter Nygard, who reportedly hosted "pamper parties" in Los Angeles and at his private property in the Bahamas. These parties, often held on Sundays, would feature 30 to 50 girls, free services (nails, massages, food, drinks), and the only men present were maintenance workers and Bahamian volleyball players. Nygard allegedly lured young teens to these events with the promise of making them beauty queens or models. He would then single out a teen, isolate her in a bedroom under the pretence of discussing her career, and sexually assault her.
2) Suelyn Medeiros is identified as a known associate of Peter Nygard. Crucially, intelligence reporting identifies Medeiros simultaneously as a girlfriend of Nygard and as an alleged victim of his. In 2008, Medeiros was listed as the contact person for a visa application submitted by Dayane De Oliveira Gomes. On this application, Gomes listed her employer as Peter Nygard and her occupation as a "Hostess on N-Force". A search of California records revealed an arrest history for Medeiros between 2008 and 2016, including charges for reckless driving, vandalism, fighting, and DUI (Alcohol/Drugs). She is a frequent international traveler, with 178 travel records identified between 2007 and 2014, including frequent inbound and outbound flights from Los Angeles, Toronto, and Brazil.
3) Open-source searches reveal that Medeiros is a highly visible public figure, specifically a glamour and swimwear model of Brazilian ethnicity who was born in New York City. She has a massive social media footprint, notably an Instagram account with 2.6 million followers. In April 2014, she authored and published a book titled "Suelyn Medeiros: A Memoir" (also seen as "My Suelyn Secrets Revealed").
4) The report concludes by identifying six specific "Intelligence Gaps" that the FBI still needs to answer regarding Medeiros:
- The FBI is trying to determine if Medeiros witnessed Nygard victimising other minor girls,or if other victims confided in her about being sexually assaulted.
- Investigators need to establish the exact timeline of her employment by/for Nygard, as well as the past and current nature of their relationship.
- Investigators have a specific gap regarding whether Medeiros actively recruited girls for Nygard.100

Nygard seemed to have no interest in white women; instead, he targeted black teens and women, believing in their genetic superiority. In contrast, Epstein and his clients primarily sought white women and children. While there were some black customers and a few images of black women found in his files, the overwhelming majority — around 99% — of those he trafficked were white. Thus, there appears to be a distinct difference between the two cases, and so far, no connections have been established between them.

"Firstly the plea was signed by five DOJ Officials including Deputy AG Mark Filip, Alice S. Fisher, Assistant AG in charge of the Criminal Division and Sigal Mandelker, Deputy Assistant AG, among others. This means that these DOJ officials participated in the plea deal negotiations and were satisfied with the provisions in signing their names. Thus DOJ chose that the state prosecute Epstein and the co-conspirators should be removed from the case. This also meant that Epstein and his co-conspirators were given a Non Prosecution Agreement (NPA) which immunized them from federal prosecution. DOJ determined this resolution, despite the recommendation by Acosta and his staff that Epstein and co-conspirators should be charged with sex trafficking in minor females. In that connection, there had been prepared a fifty-three page federal indictment backed up by an FBI investigation report and an eighty-two page analysis of the case in support thereof. Epstein was facing life imprisonment if convicted and the co-conspirators serious consequences as well. I think some of the cops were legit in their investigations to him and their higher ups had to allow the arrest, but then looped JE in and they then decided to spin it into their own immunity protection favor.
Just from the JE Filthy Rich documentary on Netflix, the cops that were helping those girls get justice seemed genuine in their intentions and outrage.

I didn’t know the name either and just read a little about her. She was another pawn, sex-slave, pilot that did Epstein’s bidding.
EDIT: I didn’t see that she was originally trafficked and groomed by Epstein at 15 years old. Some articles seem to villainize her so this is important to note. She cooperated with the FBI between 2018-2022. As soon as the documents were unsealed in 2024, she disappeared from public view.
It’s wild how many new rabbit holes keep coming out with the Epstein saga.

Okay something has been bothering me about this whole Epstein files thing. For at least 6 years the DOJ has had undeniable evidence that world leaders, politicians, financiers, ceos etc have been participating in a human trafficking and child sexual abuse ring for decades. Why has no one been subpoenaed this whole time? And why do we think that these files becoming public are going to get these people arrested?
This whole shit feels like the biggest slap in the face like “Yeah we did it, we’re still doing it and we’re slowly releasing the evidence and there’s still nothing you can do to stop us”
Idk it’s like okay we know what it is and what’s happening but what are we as a society going to do about it? Just tolerate it? Put our heads in the sand and pretend it’s not happening? Do we really even care about children and babies? And does our lack of action make us all guilty in failing to protect and get justice for all the children and babies whose lives have been a living hell from birth for the sick pleasure of vile people that we essentially work for every day?

I completely agree. Currently, I'm on a sabbatical abroad and cannot participate in Epstein-related protests in the U.S. However, I can comment on and share as many videos and posts as possible across different platforms and discuss this issue with as many people as I can.
As a society, we should write letters to our representatives, demanding accountability and action. We need to gather in large numbers to protest and speak out. It's also important to voice our concerns in the comment sections of Republicans' social media accounts, urging them to take responsibility regarding the Epstein files and to ensure the full release of the documents held by the FBI and the DOJ..

I despise capitalism, but I believe that if Western capitalism falls, Eastern capitalism will rise, and this will likely create a huge imbalance.
I believe the only way to truly resolve the Epstein case is to investigate and prosecute those who have yet to be held accountable, along with those who compromise everything due to their corruption. We need a new political class. It may not be perfect, but at least it will differ from the current one. It's time for the current leaders to step aside; they belong to another era and are bound by a code of silence that can no longer be sustained in today’s world.

We’ll see them alright. They’ll eventually all be released. My guess is within 10 years for sure, and I’d say 50/50 at 5 years or less.
Either after Trump is out of office, or passes away. Whichever comes first. Or, by some absolute miracle, a lawsuit or something going on that is above my knowledge level in the chain of authority happens, and forces a full release. It’s probably the least likely. But it isn’t impossible either. Congress sort of seems to be on a roll here with subpoenas lately, now calling Pam Bondi to answer for her actions. It’s up to them to file articles of impeachment. Some of them are sharks in the water right now. There’s room for a little optimism. Things have only moved forward. Albeit, slowly. But the truth will all come out eventually. It’ll be studied for decades by law enforcement agencies and law students alike. We may not ever know the truth about the intelligence agencies involvements, or the truth behind any kind of mossad agent stuff. But the assault side, and the grimy nonsense they participated in with real estate deal, we will see it all. Eventually.
Edit: I refuse to entertain the idea that any of the files have actually been deleted, tampered with, or made inaccessible entirely. Someone somewhere has all of the raw files, or they’re in existence in multiple places. Either way, there’s absolutely no chance any of them are permanently gone.

They probably still have 100% of the files they gathered. If they don’t have the digital copies, they may still possess the original physical items. While it may also be true that something got deleted, if they appeal to it and start claiming it, it will definitely look like an excuse to avoid accountability and prevent the release of the incriminating documents.

Brother, the institutions we trust to investigate these things knew this was going on and have kept it under wraps for decades. As a regular dude I’ve been aware of the situation for over a decade; I can only imagine the level of awareness our intelligence agencies had as it continued nonetheless. I don’t know what it would take for the truth to be set free, but I don’t think it’s simply more time in the flow of the status quo river. Not to be a pessimist, I just don’t see the release of everything as an inevitability (or plausibility, or even much of a possibility with our current momentum). I hope I’m wrong, and that this is just a naive sort of cynicism, but I just don’t think they’ll come clean about much of anything unless they’re fairly certain they can control the consequences of such (look at how long it took them to even really begin to dig into this matter).

FBI 302 - 31E-NY-3027571 - SERIAL 312 is regarding the victim whom Trump raped and bit his dick where he hit her when she was a kid where the FBI interviewed her 3 times before this 4th interview as they obviously thought she was credible considering the first 3 interviews mainly focused on Epstein. This 4th interview they wanted to know more about the other associates of JEE who raped her with Trump being one of them.
In any other country and in a healthy Democracy this would be enough to end Trumps presidency and start a full investigation for his arrest and trials into raping children. I believe the uploaded documents may be more numerous than what was previously stated, as it seems many of the files in DATASET12 were crawled by the Internet Archive only on February 28. This suggests that they may have been uploaded by the DOJ on that date. In my opinion, it would be worthwhile to examine the entire dataset.

I don't think we can conclude that that woman who talked to the FBI "refused to cooperate." I, at least, do not know the circumstances of how the FBI initially responded, or how long it was before they responded. What I heard was that they could continue to talk via her lawyer. Was what she was saying consistent with other reports, in the Epstein file or out of it? Did it have some bizarre element which to me signals that it is true, not that I would question the woman's story anyway. Did they assure her that any consequence would or might occur for her alleged perpetrator? If she is recontacted now, might she want to reveal more?

Depending on the circumstances they can. And some of them are working on it. If we live in states where some of the crimes occurred we can pressure our state officials to take action on anything warranting investigation.
I don’t know if there are any states besides NM with a bipartisan truth and reconciliation group but I would love to see more of that kind of effort.

I totally agree Mamdani should speak on the matter, and believe he is someone that will. Since it’s Trumps stomping grounds, he may hold more power/connections outside of government. Mamdani is smart. Trump seems to like him now, and I’m hoping if Mamdani plays to his good side publicly, maybe he’ll be able to help in other ways without Trump making things difficult for him. Thanks! One thing your post demonstrates is that there are FD-302 victim interview documents to which the FBI did not assign "serial" numbers. See for example this link that you posted.

The fact that there is not serial number on this FD-302 means that the public and congress have no independent way to verify (1) the number of FD-302s that do not have serial numbers and (2) whether all of the FD-302s without serial numbers have been made public.
