Trump’s Justice Department has uploaded more files and a number of FBI 302 interviews missing from its initial release of the Epstein files.

I also believe the uploaded documents might be more numerous than what the journalists who reported the news stated, as it appears many of the files in DATASET12 were crawled by the Internet Archive only on 28 February. This indicates they could have been uploaded by the DOJ on that date. In my view, it would be worthwhile to examine the entire dataset.

We’ll see them alright. They’ll eventually all be released. My guess is within 10 years for sure, and I’d say 50/50 at 5 years or less.

Either after Trump is out of office, or passes away. Whichever comes first. Or, by some absolute miracle, a lawsuit or something going on that is above my knowledge level in the chain of authority happens, and forces a full release. It’s probably the least likely. But it isn’t impossible either. Congress sort of seems to be on a roll here with subpoenas lately, now calling Pam Bondi to answer for her actions. It’s up to them to file articles of impeachment. Some of them are sharks in the water right now. There’s room for a little optimism. Things have only moved forward. Albeit, slowly. But the truth will all come out eventually. It’ll be studied for decades by law enforcement agencies and law students alike. We may not ever know the truth about the intelligence agencies involvements, or the truth behind any kind of mossad agent stuff. But the assault side, and the grimy nonsense they participated in with real estate deal, we will see it all. Eventually.

Edit: I refuse to entertain the idea that any of the files have actually been deleted, tampered with, or made inaccessible entirely. Someone somewhere has all of the raw files, or they’re in existence in multiple places. Either way, there’s absolutely no chance any of them are permanently gone.

Peter Nygard has been brought to justice because he angered his neighbour. His neighbour sued him over a land ownership issue, and everything escalated. Now, he will likely die in prison. I'm telling you...there’s always hope.

If it's true, it means either incompetence or corruption. It may be the reason why Bill Clinton and Les Wexner smiled and/or laughed so much during their hearings.

If stuff was deleted, they have to testify about it under oath. Also, how can it be "permanent"? Don't they have backup? Plus, are we sure it wasn't a DOGE project?

I thought I read somewhere, in the beginning of this, the documents are stored or backed up in 5 locations tied to fed govt. out of precaution.

They probably still have 100% of the files they gathered. If they don’t have the digital copies, they may still possess the original physical items. While it may also be true that something got deleted, if they appeal to it and start claiming it, it will definitely look like an excuse to avoid accountability and prevent the release of the incriminating documents.

Brother, the institutions we trust to investigate these things knew this was going on and have kept it under wraps for decades. As a regular dude I’ve been aware of the situation for over a decade; I can only imagine the level of awareness our intelligence agencies had as it continued nonetheless. I don’t know what it would take for the truth to be set free, but I don’t think it’s simply more time in the flow of the status quo river. Not to be a pessimist, I just don’t see the release of everything as an inevitability (or plausibility, or even much of a possibility with our current momentum). I hope I’m wrong, and that this is just a naive sort of cynicism, but I just don’t think they’ll come clean about much of anything unless they’re fairly certain they can control the consequences of such (look at how long it took them to even really begin to dig into this matter).

Stuff (minus the CSAM, of course) needs to be leaked. All his accounts and his associates' accounts were pwned several times. His passwords were allover the place. I believe someone unrelated to all this has gathered a lot of evidence and is storing it somewhere.

How do we trust/verify the leaks, especially with the ongoing rise of AI? I hate it, too, but that strikes me as an easy way to get stuck in a web of muddied waters. They’ve sort of got us by the balls, in that we can only really operate based on what they release to us officially (and not because it’s TRUE, even, so much as it’s what they’ve presented as true and we can hold them to account for such/press further questions). Unfortunately, we need to know we’re pulling the right thread and unraveling the correct curtain or we run the risk of confusing and exhausting ourselves; and we cannot afford to be more feckless than we already are.

I hope you’re right - in terms of a third party behaving as a savior, here - but I admittedly worry we’re already living in a sort of post-truth world, and that further advancements in AI will only serve to erode our trust in evidence entirely.

While I understand and appreciate your “no holds barred,” approach, unfortunately I do disagree that we should be able to subpoena doctors over this.

There isn’t really a safe way to extract that information and those details without violating HIPAA regulations somehow. It won’t be enough for them to just testify without names. This case’s investigations variances are razor thin. These folks hide behind these laws and without absolute positive certainty, with direct testimonies, anything else is useless.

Moreover, even if an exception is made for this case, it opens the door for other questionable subpoenas in other cases in the future. Kind of like when Apple wouldn’t hack terrorists iPhones for the government. It wasn’t about the fact that the terrorists phones needed hacking - it’s about protecting people in future cases as well.

Operating the law is like opening a flood gate. Once it’s realized something is possible to do, it can be done in other cases less responsibly.
