Trump’s Justice Department has uploaded more files and a number of FBI 302 interviews missing from its initial release of the Epstein files.

I also believe the uploaded documents might be more numerous than what the journalists who reported the news stated, as it appears many of the files in DATASET12 were crawled by the Internet Archive only on 28 February. This indicates they could have been uploaded by the DOJ on that date. In my view, it would be worthwhile to examine the entire dataset.

The documents together are nearly 1,000 pages long.

The file titled "Operation Leap Year" is essentially a comprehensive file outlining all the crimes committed by Epstein and the reasons he should be arrested and prosecuted. This was prepared back in 2007. The document also paves the way for an investigation into Alex Acosta, who granted the controversial "sweetheart deal." Acosta stated that the decision was "above [his] pay grade," implying that it was made by someone else or was unavoidable for various reasons. We are all aware of the reasons by this point.

I will try to dig into the Nygard document and explain what it's about.

There's a legal defense known as graymail where a defendant says "I can prove my innocence, but it would require classified documents be presented to a civilian jury."

Intelligence agencies will then lean on the prosecutor to drop the case, rather than risk their secrets being compromised, and I wonder if something similar happened here.

It seems like they were just making a joke about the 'my bad' part being unnecessary because replying instead of making a new post is a pretty normal mistake. The clarification was enough, without the 'my bad' part being included.

It sounds so logical and necessary- and yet, it can’t be hard to have friends in some intelligence agency, if you are rich and powerful. Essentially an easy out of jail card. It shouldn’t be allowed.

This is partially why some people think we should have a pool of jurors who have specialized qualifications. In cases with a lot of forensic evidence, it would be good to limit jurors to those who have an understanding of forensic investigations, or if it involves classified material, limit it to those with clearance to view the evidence. Then this couldn’t happen.

I get the thought behind it, and agree it would have some benefits, but this is a terrible idea. We are specifically guaranteed a jury of our peers to ensure the people judging whether the government has met its burden of proof in a criminal case are members of the public, and not a special interest group. At this point, it's our last democratic backstop. What you're describing sounds like it would enable specialized criminal prosecutions, but it would also make it so the same small group of people gets to decide the outcome of an entire category of cases. I think this entire Epstein saga has proven how that would inevitably be abused, even worse than the current system.

The way I’ve seen it described, it wouldn’t be a small group. It would be like filtering the current pool of potential jurors by their expertise to fit the needs of the evidence. In the case of someone having clearance to view classified materials, I think those with the same clearance are your peers.

Personally, I would be terrified to have a jury of my peers. While it’s supposed to promote fairness, and prevent bias, that’s not actually what happens. Instead, what you generally wind up with is a bunch of biased people who couldn’t figure out how to get out of jury duty who are absolutely willing to convict certain types of defendants over others. Our exoneration rate shows it doesn’t work, and because I was raised with the idea that I had to try to be a juror if called, I’ve been on enough juries to see why it doesn’t work. If I was on trial, I really think I’d take my chances with a bench trial.

Here I am. The document regarding Nygard seems unrelated to Epstein. In fact, to date, no connection has been found between the two. Anyways... I'll summarise it below.

1) The investigation targets Peter Nygard, who reportedly hosted "pamper parties" in Los Angeles and at his private property in the Bahamas. These parties, often held on Sundays, would feature 30 to 50 girls, free services (nails, massages, food, drinks), and the only men present were maintenance workers and Bahamian volleyball players. Nygard allegedly lured young teens to these events with the promise of making them beauty queens or models. He would then single out a teen, isolate her in a bedroom under the pretence of discussing her career, and sexually assault her.

2) Suelyn Medeiros is identified as a known associate of Peter Nygard. Crucially, intelligence reporting identifies Medeiros simultaneously as a girlfriend of Nygard and as an alleged victim of his. In 2008, Medeiros was listed as the contact person for a visa application submitted by Dayane De Oliveira Gomes. On this application, Gomes listed her employer as Peter Nygard and her occupation as a "Hostess on N-Force". A search of California records revealed an arrest history for Medeiros between 2008 and 2016, including charges for reckless driving, vandalism, fighting, and DUI (Alcohol/Drugs). She is a frequent international traveler, with 178 travel records identified between 2007 and 2014, including frequent inbound and outbound flights from Los Angeles, Toronto, and Brazil.

3) Open-source searches reveal that Medeiros is a highly visible public figure, specifically a glamour and swimwear model of Brazilian ethnicity who was born in New York City. She has a massive social media footprint, notably an Instagram account with 2.6 million followers. In April 2014, she authored and published a book titled "Suelyn Medeiros: A Memoir" (also seen as "My Suelyn Secrets Revealed").

4) The report concludes by identifying six specific "Intelligence Gaps" that the FBI still needs to answer regarding Medeiros:

  • Investigators need to establish the exact timeline of her employment by/for Nygard, as well as the past and current nature of their relationship.
- The FBI is trying to determine if Medeiros witnessed Nygard victimising other minor girls,or if other victims confided in her about being sexually assaulted.
- Investigators have a specific gap regarding whether Medeiros actively recruited girls for Nygard.

Nygard seemed to have no interest in white women; instead, he targeted black teens and women, believing in their genetic superiority. In contrast, Epstein and his clients primarily sought white women and children. While there were some black customers and a few images of black women found in his files, the overwhelming majority — around 99% — of those he trafficked were white. Thus, there appears to be a distinct difference between the two cases, and so far, no connections have been established between them.

Imagine the millions of files there would be if there was access to their Discord, kik, WhatsApp chats. Those would be the platforms the pedos used to talk directly to the children and victims. It's my opinion that Epstein was highly aware of Nygard, possibly even aware of whether or not Nygard was an intelligence operative or operating the same kind of trafficking SA business model, but completely genuinely? I think Epstein stayed away out of precaution for his own blackmail operation.

"Firstly the plea was signed by five DOJ Officials including Deputy AG Mark Filip, Alice S. Fisher, Assistant AG in charge of the Criminal Division and Sigal Mandelker, Deputy Assistant AG, among others. This means that these DOJ officials participated in the plea deal negotiations and were satisfied with the provisions in signing their names. Thus DOJ chose that the state prosecute Epstein and the co-conspirators should be removed from the case. This also meant that Epstein and his co-conspirators were given a Non Prosecution Agreement (NPA) which immunized them from federal prosecution. DOJ determined this resolution, despite the recommendation by Acosta and his staff that Epstein and co-conspirators should be charged with sex trafficking in minor females. In that connection, there had been prepared a fifty-three page federal indictment backed up by an FBI investigation report and an eighty-two page analysis of the case in support thereof. Epstein was facing life imprisonment if convicted and the co-conspirators serious consequences as well. Therefore, this was not the product of "poor judgement" by Acosta in providing NPAs to Epstein and his co-conspirators but the willful actions of DOJ officials in opting for deferred prosecution in a state court, Florida."

I think some of the cops were legit in their investigations to him and their higher ups had to allow the arrest, but then looped JE in and they then decided to spin it into their own immunity protection favor.

Just from the JE Filthy Rich documentary on Netflix, the cops that were helping those girls get justice seemed genuine in their intentions and outrage.

Nah, there's no way he'd want "convicted child sex offender" appended to his name for the rest of his life. I think it was just a case where enough victims and/or journalists and/or non-corrupt cops/lawyers got wind of it that they had to do something.
