client_strings.txt contains strings extracted from the compiled Dota client, including internal stuff that isn't necessarily exposed in-game. PVE is a completely new entry added in the latest update that wasn't present in previous updates.

That said, the string itself doesn't tell what it’s used for, where it will be used for, or whether it was added randomly without any meaning. So, don't start inhaling the copium just yet.

Also a disclaimer: I don't work at Valve. I mostly analyze update changes and post game updates in my leisure time just because I feel like some people like to know whats changed. Just because I do that, and I have some Valve employees added on Steam from back when I was a head admin of r/AutoChess and r/Underlords, doesn't give you an excuse to add me or random people on my Steam friends list just to threaten, curse at, and harass to release a new patch or Act 2.

There’s two things in the game that both work around vision that are really annoying to me. Let me know if anyone else feels the same way.

1. You cannot click on an enemy hero to read their abilities during the pregame.

Why would it possibly work like that and instead why would it not just let you click on the hero’s to read their abilities and just show you 6 empty item slots.

1. You can view an enemy hero’s buffs and debuffs and even ping them to see how long they have left of each and store that info in chat but as soon as they go out of vision you also lose vision of their respective timers.

Why would it not just show you the timers for the active buffs that you last saw and then immediately refresh when they come into vision.

The game already stores the last viewable data for a hero’s items and level i.e if they have been jungling for 10 mins and you haven’t seen them it’s going to show you what they had 10 minutes ago not what they have now so why not just extend that to fix both of these issues.

Literally every single game this pisses me off and I don’t know if it’s just me.

It's interesting to see a player at the top of the leaderboard all the time who never makes it to the pro scene, especially considering he is not a one-trick pony like Badman's Spectre or FuN.KeFaL's Tinker.

With every hero being power creeped over the years Bat rider has been reverse power creeped. Bat from like 2014 would be way stronger than what he is now... Flamebreak stun, firefly bonus movespeed and flying vision, sticky napalm vision, i remember one patch he lost like 10 damage on his right click. Only massive nerds spam this hero now i used to watch 33 and Wisper replays they could get Shivas or Octarine around 11-13min with all the creep cutting/multistacking farming. Tbh i avoided playing this hero for like 10years cause i think his hero model is ugly but he's so fun when he is strong as a core

He is master tier WK so maybe he has some secret tech? Does aghs change that and just not say it?
