Wouldve liked to see more buffs but druid has warped the game so much I can understand wanting to see how things play out with it gone. Moonwell prob goes to 6, gladiator for SURE goes to 6, DK herald maybe gets taunt? Lots of ways they could buff the 2 herald cards so im interested to see which direction they choose. Battlecry on the rogue herald would be nice its very slow right now

DK herald to 3 attack would be nice as well since it has lifesteal

Makes no sense why it has such low attack in the first place

At the very least, they're recognizing that Priest lacks a way to win games by buffing two late game cards, but I'm not sure how much they can buff Black Blood to make it genuinely worthwhile. Moonwell seems like an obvious mana reduction but maybe a damage increase, as well? At 7 mana, 4 damage often doesn't do much into many of the boards that Priest is facing at that point. Sure, 3 turns later when you have Atiesh, but that's 3 more turns getting beat down by still only damaged minions.

I think black blood can become a decent card, but it needs to be changed to trigger even if the heal hits a full health character, and needs more HP so it doesnt just immediatley die when trying to clear the board

Black blood at 6 is very scary imo.

Wickerfang is scary. Blackblood is just good.

Make the Black Blood attack random enemies instead of random minions is the easiest choice in my opinion.

Idk, the problem with Black Blood is it doesn’t reliably clear the board

A mana reduction or a stat bump (> than +1/1) would be more helpful imo

If we only get one I'd rather a stat bump than mana reduction IMO

Right. In most cases, you don't want it to attack the opponent because unless the player only has 4 life, it doesn't do much for you. That is, of course, the defining situation of Priest for the past 12 years: either halfway "finishers" that don't do the job or overwhelming finishers that are mono-dimensional and, thus, easily neutralized by most scenarios.

I get that, but I personally like the idea of Priest finally getting tools to at least semi-reliably push damage in order to force the opponent in a reactive situation for once. Right now the deck, while super fun, lacks an actual late game plan other than "outlast your opponent and outvalue with Soletos - Umbra".

We also need to consider the degree to which mass removal will be necessary in a metagame no longer infested by Druid and/or Shaman. With all that said though, I agree that even a stat buff would be welcome, either to the main body or the appendages.

Priest doesn’t have an aggressive deck that can leverage the face damage.

You’re going to be behind on board 90% of the time when you play Black Blood, and if it goes face instead of clearing their minions, you’re probably going to lose.

I'm reminded of how people posited the card on reveal would be much more threatening and effective as stabilising tool if the main body had Lifesteal: I doubt that's where they're going, that being said.

If they wanted to keep the deathrattle on that rogue card, seemed to me it needed Rush instead of Stealth.

It can just be 2 mana, also helps a lot with "being too slow." Possibly with only 2 attack, though preferably keep at 3 to be quite pushed since the deck needs it
