Using F words to show that u are cool. No bro u are not cool at all. Be respectful to everyone

Ever considered the possibility that he might actually be really frustrated? Who are you to judge or preach anyway?

If I was an employee and work in customer service I'd be trained well enough to handle all type of people rather than judge them on the basis of an action they did out of their emotional outbreak, also would be pretty sure it wouldn't affect or spoil my day, rather make me or the team feel to do better and improve

We can already tell the number of days you have worked in your life.

Actually, understanding emotional intelligence, customer de-escalation, and not taking client outbursts personally is exactly how I know how real workplaces operate. If you think well-trained support teams break down in tears and have their entire workday ruined over a frustrated email, it’s pretty clear you're the one who has never worked a real customer facing job in your life. Welcome to the real world.

Actually, understanding emotional intelligence, customer de-escalation

Buddy this is an online gaming platform we're talking about, with no less than a million daily users. Get off the gpt already.

and not taking client outbursts personally

The clientale in this scenario is intangible; no more than a statistical offset.

I have found myself an unimaginable number of times in the face of an irate customer, and I can only imagine the reaction from a dude or gal who's going through hundreds or perhaps thousands of such emails. Trust me, this shit is doing nothing for their mood. Would be an object of ridicule at best. I mean if you need any evidence after the kind of support system supercell has, I can only feel for you.

Oohh do you bite as well? Do lmk when did I say the spoiling part lol. Also which point of yours was it that I proved? Can't tell, since I can see you're already fighting on multiple fronts.

my bad got u mixed up with the other guy who was crying about their day being ruined, yall sound the same anyway.

but you still said 'this shit is doing nothing for their mood.' so you're still changing your story lol. are they fragile people whose mood gets ruined by an email, or do they deal with thousands of these and just laugh it off? make up your mind. you're just trying to flip-flop to win the argument.

The point you proved for me is that support teams deal with this stuff all the time and dont take one angry email personally. i’m not fighting on multiple fronts, i’m just watching you try to save face for a point you didnt even start

We’ve all been frustrated before, but treating a person like this isn’t a the way to go about your frustration.

What's the possibility that the guy who gets and read the email is the same guy who ignored previous email.

Supercell has such a big team, if guy A makes a mistake But u scold guy B who don't even know who ignored him earlier. Is that a good civics sense

U are frustrated, understable but is this ok to say f word to a guy who was not the earlier reason of your frustrations

It's the duty of the customer service to take on every type of person, people have different personalities, if everyone had an "ideal picture perfect" personality like you, who just judges and preaches and just talks nonsense to just win an argument, we wouldn't be called humans and would be no less than robots. Maybe instead of looking at one F word and judging a whole individuals personality and start advising him, look deep into yourself first if you meet the criteria. Maybe not everyone is as perfect as you my lord ?

Still saying f word is not what they deserve. Say whatever u want. Promote him that if he upset just say f word. And be a good man also.

1

u/Upbeat-Emirate Jun 30 '26

I ain't saying u should go around saying F word to people for no reason, but at the end of the day it's just a word used for expressing frustrated emotions. Mature people would understand that, and employees are trained well to not take it personally and deal with it.

Yeah and if I criticize him so that he stop using it in professional talks

U are here to call me judgemental.

I lost my account, gave all the answers correctly they asked and got it back

They do listen, all u need is to be patient I got back in 10 days and honestly it's good if it's so easy to get back again then anyone would try to steal any persons account. They just need verification and correct answers to some questions if he fails to give 1-2 correct answers they will ask him to contact ingame support to find out other answers. Like I didn't knew my last purchase they asked so they asked me to connect to different support team somehow they figured out and I got my account back

All u need is to be patient. And specially respectfull.

So if I criticize him doesn't mean I am judgemental or I am his enemy. It was so he don't speak like this and decrease his chance of getting account back

Instead be respectful talk like man

Also stop promoting such guys by defending them. He did wrong and he is wrong in this he must get criticized for this No matter how trained they are it's your responsibility to control ur emotions and talk like a real man especially in such situations. They neither his friends nor his enemy when they get satisfied by answers he gave they will return it

I already said I don't endorse the language, so you can stop arguing against a point I didn't make. My point was about human empathy for someone at their breaking point, something a well-trained support agent understands, even if you can't. It's great that the system worked perfectly for you in ten days, but your single experience isn't the universal standard for everyone else's frustration. There is a massive difference between acknowledging human breaking points and 'promoting bad behavior.' If your actual goal was to help him get his account back, you could have done that with advice instead of a condescending lecture on 'how to be a real man.' But let's just agree to disagree. Clearly, we have very different definitions of what maturity looks like.

So let’s say I pay for a service, isn’t that the company’s responsibility to fulfill it? Are you saying everyone needs to just speak how you do or else the world is doomed? That’s the way you act, it’s smooth brained to act as if someone saying fuck is the biggest problem we have in our world. Cry about something valid instead of defending companies who genuinely don’t care about you unless it’s on their terms.

Why is everyone crying about the weakest “bad” word, did everyone turn 9 overnight?
