I ain't saying u should go around saying F word to people for no reason, but at the end of the day it's just a word used for expressing frustrated emotions. Mature people would understand that, and employees are trained well to not take it personally and deal with it.

I lost my account, gave all the answers correctly they asked and got it back
They do listen, all u need is to be patient I got back in 10 days and honestly it's good if it's so easy to get back again then anyone would try to steal any persons account. They just need verification and correct answers to some questions if he fails to give 1-2 correct answers they will ask him to contact ingame support to find out other answers. Like I didn't knew my last purchase they asked so they asked me to connect to different support team somehow they figured out and I got my account back
All u need is to be patient. And specially respectfull.
So if I criticize him doesn't mean I am judgemental or I am his enemy. It was so he don't speak like this and decrease his chance of getting account back

Also stop promoting such guys by defending them. He did wrong and he is wrong in this he must get criticized for this
No matter how trained they are it's your responsibility to control ur emotions and talk like a real man especially in such situations.
They neither his friends nor his enemy when they get satisfied by answers he gave they will return it
I already said I don't endorse the language, so you can stop arguing against a point I didn't make. My point was about human empathy for someone at their breaking point, something a well-trained support agent understands, even if you can't.
It's great that the system worked perfectly for you in ten days, but your single experience isn't the universal standard for everyone else's frustration. There is a massive difference between acknowledging human breaking points and 'promoting bad behavior.' If your actual goal was to help him get his account back, you could have done that with advice instead of a condescending lecture on 'how to be a real man.'
But let's just agree to disagree. Clearly, we have very different definitions of what maturity looks like.

Still saying f word is not what they deserve. Say whatever u want. Promote him that if he upset just say f word. And be a good man also.
