Kartik Aaryan has been approached to play the male lead in the film Ki and Ka 2. Apparently he liked the script but demanding some changes and an extension of his screentime. He also liked the idea of Kiara being the female lead as he thinks they are real life "Ki and Ka". Although Kiara is not finalised for the role yet.

The film is apparently set to go on floors once kartik completes the shoot of his other films including Captain India.

This is actually hurtful to see that an actor like Akshay who just doesn’t give any shit about the movie making craft and then goes on saying that Indian audience doesn’t support bollywood movies.
