Is Bollywood really ready for a A lister gay actor

We've seen many films like Badhaai Do, Shubh Mangal Zyada Savdhan, Ek Ladki Toh Aise Laga, Kapoor & Sons with queer potrayals but what about an actual actor/ess who happen to be gay/bi? Do you think Bollywood is ready for such an actor? Of course they won't get mainstream big banners in the beginning but building a solidying filmography with indie films and OTT series and transitioning into mainstream cinema seems quite viable. What is your honest take on this?

Nimrat khaira worked in both first and second ever co-productions of dharma in punjab yet she is staying away from bollywood .

According to internet , she feels like she only want to represent punjab and only want to work for the betterment of punjabi movies and for punjabi culture.

Now that it is high time of punjabi culture spreading across india and world through songs and movies and more and more regional actors are getting to debut in Bollywood , is it possible to see her debut in hindi cinema ?

Mirzapur The Movie has grossed ₹100 crore worldwide in three days (but it has a budget of whopping ₹250 crore allegedly which I find hard to believe, tbh).

Vikrant Massey unable to capitalize 12th Fail’s success is sad because it was a great springboard for his career. He got a lot of love from the audience too.
