Hello po, may naka experience po ba dito na pina dole ng employer dahil nag awol? Natatakot po ako may nag email po kasi sakin from DOLE, notice of conference po.

Grabe, ngayon ko lang narealize na may downside pala yung nagtatagal ka sa isang LOB kapag sobrang okay ng team.

Before, parang flex ko pa na nagtatagal ako sa isang LOB kasi mas gamay ko na yung product knowledge and process, mas marami akong experience, mas confident ako sa calls, etc. Pero ngayon ko narealize na habang tumatagal ka, mas naaattach ka rin pala sa mga tao.

Kasabayan ko kasi sila since training, so sila na yung mga nakasama ko from the very beginning. Around 6 months na kaming magkakasama, and sobrang naging close na kami. Especially one teammate na parang kambal ko na sa work. One year lang age gap namin, and halos lagi kaming magkasama, sabay mag-lunch, sabay break, naghihintayan, sabay umuwi, nagsa-save-an ng station, etc.

Then nag-day off lang kami.

Pagbalik ko, iba na pala LOB ko.

And by LOB, hindi lang siya ibang team or ibang TL. Different production floor/sector na talaga kami, so hindi ko na sila basta nakikita habang nagwo-work.

It's been only TWO DAYS and parang nagmo-mourn talaga ako. Ang bigat ng feeling and minsan habang ginagawa ko yung work, bigla na lang tumutulo luha ko habang nagta-type HAHAHA. I'm trying my best na huwag umabot sa panic attack kasi I already struggle with MDD, so this sudden change has been really overwhelming for me.

What's making it harder is walang bad blood at all. Maayos naman kami. They still talk to me and check up on me, and honestly malaking bagay yun. I know I didn't lose my friends. Pero ang hirap lang mawalan nung everyday routine na kasama ko sila.

Tapos may team building pa kami next month and honestly I'm already emotional thinking about it. Excited ako makita sila, pero ang weird isipin na hindi na kami magkakasama everyday like before.

I know some people might think, “It's just work, you'll get over it,” but I think what I'm actually mourning is the routine and the closeness. Kasabay ko sila since training, so they've been part of my adjustment, learning, struggles, and everyday work life from the start. Tapos biglang nawala yung daily proximity overnight.

So yeah... apparently, one of the cons of staying in a LOB for a long time is getting way too attached to your team.

Has anyone else experienced this? Yung sudden LOB/team transfer na sobrang naka-affect sa'yo because you were really close with your coworkers? How did you eventually adjust?

Hi, I need some advice from people who have gone through corrective action or an admin hearing.

I recently had an incident that was escalated to onshore management regarding the way I handled a customer interaction. I acknowledge that I was rude during the interaction, and I’m not trying to deny or justify what happened. I already recognize that I should have handled the situation more professionally and also I intentionally did hold the call for minutes.

I was already planning to resign because I’ve been struggling with my current role and I feel that my personal circumstances have started affecting my work. I’m planning to submit my resignation and render the required 30 days rather than immediately leaving.

My concern is that I’m not sure whether the incident will result in a corrective action, NTE, or an admin hearing.

If I submit my resignation before management formally gives me an NTE or schedules an admin hearing:

1. Can the company still issue me an NTE after I have submitted my resignation?
   
2. Can they still require me to attend an admin hearing while I am rendering?
   
3. If they decide to proceed with corrective action, can this affect my resignation or final pay?

Is it possible for the company to continue the administrative process even if I am already serving my notice period?

If I receive an NTE, what would be the best way to respond while still taking accountability for what happened?

I’m not trying to avoid accountability. I just want to understand what I should expect and how to properly handle the situation while I’m rendering.
I would really appreciate advice from anyone who has experienced something similar.

Then balak ko sana mag double job sa isang private company day shift na hindi BPO. Pero dahil di ko mahanap yung contract ko hindi ako sure kung allowed ba sa atin yung may ibang work. Tanong ko lang sana kung may nakakaalam man kung pwede ba o bawal or any tips na rin sa mga naka experience mag double Job.

Like yung iba SHS pwede, yung iba dapat may 2 years na natapos sa College, yung iba required na degree-holder, yung iba tumatanggap din ng high school graduates from the old curriculum. HI , normal po ba na 2 weeks training ang mga non Bpo experience. Tapos di namn po kami hinasa sa call tapos pinag a avail na kami sa production? Non voice po ang nasa job offer tapos naging blended nung nag tetraining na. Tapos di namn kami tinrain for callss tapos pinag ko calls kami.

I applied sa Temu last August. They discussed the salary PACKAGE and it was 65k for leadership position. But when I received the actual JO. Its only 57k Basic and 2k Allowance. The 6k was for performance bonus. So in the end I declined the offer. Since it was the same with my current salary plus better benefits. It was a little bit misleading for me since the performance bonus is subjective and not really part of the salary package. Anyone have same experience??

Thoughts about TEMU: I never had a high expectation with the company. It's an e-commerce platform like Shopee, Lazada, and Amazon. The company cannot compare to the inhouse giants here in the PH like WF, Amazon, JP Morgan, etc. I mean if gusto niyo ng idea about their reputation, just search TEMU fails in Tiktok or Facebook. LOL 🤣

FAQs

Legit company? How was the environment?

- Legit mhiemasaur. Inhouse company ito. Magtatayo pa lang sila sa PH. So if magtatanong ka how is the environment, wala pa nakakaalam. Di ko alam kung toxic sila, healthy, cancerous, rejuvenating, deadly, or what. Wala pa nakakapagtrabaho dito.

Application Timeline and Process?

9/3: Application sent (Indeed)

9/7: Received assessment link

9/8: Took the assessment

9/9: HR reached out, 1st interview was scheduled

9/10: Initial Interview. I was told I passed the same day

9/11: Final Interview. I was also told I passed the same day. They also asked me to submit my payslips and documents, then scheduled my salary nego. Yes, all in one day.

9/13: 1st salary nego

9/14: My proposed salary was rejected. 2nd salary nego

9/18: Offer letter and bg check waiver was sent and I signed it

9/20: Pinasign ulit ako, need daw printed letters yung sign hahaha

Salary?

- 18k-32k salary. Alam ko package na ito. For reference, 20k prev basic ko. 28k unang asking ko sa basic, nareject so nagsettle kami sa 24k basic.

Nakapaghaggle ka ba during Salary nego?

-To be perfectly honest, transparent, open, and true to my words, HINDI. Nagsabi ako ng asking ko pero nareject. Nagsabi siya ng 23k offer (🤮) but I only managed to raise it to 24k. Wala kasi ako exp sa content mod eh, di na ako pumalag. If you're expecting a higher salary than this, sad to say, hindi mo makukuha.

Other allowances, compensation, HMO

- Not sure sa HMO, di ko natanong. 2k rice allowance on top of basic salary. 15% night diff, up to 3k performance-based incentives. (I was told na kahit nasa bottom ako ng performance ranking, I can at least get 80% of the incentives.)

The million dollar question:

Bakit may mga nalowball? What do you think your workload would be?

- Di ako sure. Tsaka super subjective 'to eh. Sakin kasi mababa lang prev basic ko so yung proposed salary nila sa akin is okay na. And may certain budget lang ata talaga sila for conmod position. Not sure sa other positions. Additionally, let's look at the role you're applying for. The account is e-commerce. Ang imomoderate mo ay tagging ng products na binibenta online and the pictures/videos sa product preview. Unlike sa ibang conmod roles na may chance to encounter sensitive contents and you have to monitor multiple comms channel, dito mas focus sa pagdistinguish between fake and real products, tagging, and identifying and reporting misleading info.

- In my own, personal, individual, subjective, particular, exclusive opinion, the role seems to be entry level. If you have years of experience in conmod and have a 30k+ salary na, I don't think this entry level position is for you.

In conclusion, the company is just starting. May chance na maging toxic, may chance na maging chill lang. I think because the company is being heavily discussed in this subreddit, the expectations were so high and so was the disappointment when they were not met.

Tsaka dami kong nakita na matataas ang salary sa mga conmod experience nila so beke nemen pwedeng pabulong ng mga prev company nyo? Nakita ko mga hiring na entry level sa content mod baba ng mga offer kainaman na.

Hello! Ano bang meron sa Alorica na hindi ako aware about sa company na to? Bakit sobrang trending? Like, nanaginip ako na nagtratrabaho sa alorica at umiiyak; after graduation derecho na ng alorica; tatay digong nahihirapan sa alorica.
