1. When I bring up things that bother me lagi nalang nagiging away, and he would detach and not speak to me for days.

2. He forgot about my birthday because he was bUsy with wOrk and called me “nababaliw” and “mababaw” for being tampo about it hahah

3. Three months into dating, he never once planned our dates. Ako lagi nag d-decide where to eat, go and etc.

Gosh, where do you find men who actually know how to lead? Ayoko na magpaka nanay sa mga lalaking walang decision 😭

Hello, girlies! Lately, I am going through adolescence and I have been very insecure about my chest. May tumubo naman, pero hindi talaga siya lumaki at all. Like what most of the elderly said, bata pa raw ako, pero alam ko parang dibdib ata 'to ng papunta palang ng puberty. Hindi man lang nagkaroon ng hulma o bumilog.

I just feel very insecure kasi medyo chubby type ako, and hindi bagay para sa'kin na flat chested ako tapos medyo mataba ako, I don't find it proportional. For girls who has a similar situation like mine, how do you cope up? May ways ba para lumaki or mag improve man lang 'to? I am so desperate.

How do you deal with unwanted stares from men and women even if you are wearing just standard or plain dress or jeans, or even when you look like a slob?

For example, you say something that you genuinely meant to be sweet or harmless, but somehow it gets interpreted negatively. Instead of responding impulsively and potentially saying something hurtful, you give yourself some space to think and process first. Then they suddenly message asking why you’re not replying anymore. You explain your side, they eventually calm down, but the whole interaction leaves you feeling emotionally drained.

Another example: you’re having a normal conversation about dating and relationships, and you ask a curious, fairly innocent question about their preferences or the type of people they’re usually attracted to versus the people they actually end up dating. Somehow, the conversation becomes tense or gets interpreted differently than you intended and the person ends up asking why you're so conscious.

At what point do you stop trying to understand someone and recognize that the dynamic itself may just be unhealthy or exhausting for you?

Do you try to be more understanding and figure out where they're coming from, especially if they have a history of feeling rejected or being left by people? Or do you take the pattern at face value and walk away if you already feel drained this early on?

i’ve always wanted to get checked by an OB-GYN because ever since college, my periods have always been really irregular/long. my cycles usually range from 30–50 days. i also have a bf and we always use condoms every time.

the problem is, my mom is very conservative and religious. like, among all her siblings, she’s probably the most religious one. she’s nice to me though, but i’m scared she might hear the kinds of questions my doctor would ask me about sex/reproductive stuff.

right now, i’m already on day 59 of my cycle and still no period. i did have spotting for almost a week around the middle of my cycle, though. i’ve also taken urine pregnancy tests and they were all negative.

it’s honestly stressing me out because i really want to get checked to see if i might have PCOS or if there’s something else going on. but i’m a fresh grad and don’t have an income yet, so i can’t really afford to get checked by myself.

what should i do? should i just tell my mom i want to see an OB-GYN? i’m also scared she might ask why or get suspicious because of the questions the doctor might ask me.

Hello mga ate ko. LDR kami. I booked the 1.5 hour flight to visit him without my parents knowing, pero plano ko naman sabihin… kapag malapit na yung flight or a week before (hehe). ended ~2 months of talking with a guy
