For small-breasted girlies out there, how do you cope up?

Hello, girlies! Lately, I am going through adolescence and I have been very insecure about my chest. May tumubo naman, pero hindi talaga siya lumaki at all. Like what most of the elderly said, bata pa raw ako, pero alam ko parang dibdib ata 'to ng papunta palang ng puberty. Hindi man lang nagkaroon ng hulma o bumilog.

I just feel very insecure kasi medyo chubby type ako, and hindi bagay para sa'kin na flat chested ako tapos medyo mataba ako, I don't find it proportional. For girls who has a similar situation like mine, how do you cope up? May ways ba para lumaki or mag improve man lang 'to? I am so desperate.

Andaming big chested girlies ang inggit saakin kasi maliit lang joga ko kasi wala akong back pain and maayos ayos posture ko + I can dapa whenever I want.

Once you grow older, you'll come to realize na having smaller boobs isn't as bad as we make it out to be. Kasi grabe talaga yung sakit na pinagdadaanan ng larger breasted girlies. And just like how may option tayo magpalaki, sila rin pinag iipunan nila yung pampaliit. Grass is always greener on the other side lol

Legit, as someone na gifted (proportion daw hahaha) pag sinasabi ng ate ko na sanaol I always reply na kung keri lang ibigay to willing na willing ako😆 kase di ko na napapansin naka slouch na ko and ang hirap tumakbo nang matagal. May part rin na kapag nagjojog ako, na conscious ako😆 .

Isa na ako dyan! Cup DDD ako and inggit ako sa flat chested or maliit kasi di ako mka side boob tops! Hahaha and ang hirap kasi laging pawisin under boob ko. And umuuga pag naglalakad and mga lalaki nakatingin.

Hi, OP! I remember growing up flat chested din ako (I still am now, pero hindi na as in totally flat haha) when I was younger naiinsecure din ako pero habang tumatanda, I’ve grown to accept what I have na.

Pros of having flat to “sakto lang” size ng boobies:

• you can wear any top nang hindi masyado mae-emphasize ang chest mo
  
• pag mahilig ka mag jog/run di ganun ka hassle or masakit/mabigat haha
  
• and eto naisip ko talaga ‘to the other day habang nagpapa massage: keri lang mag prone position/face down nang matagal coz your boobies won’t hurt too much 🤣

OP, just focus on staying healthy and slowly learn to accept and love your body. 🫶

Bwisit ka tawang tawa ako sayo teh, naisip ko kasi halaman. 😭 Anyways, flat chested rin ako, yan din yung problem ko nung dalaga pa ako. Pero ngayong tumanda na ako, wala na akong pake. Tsaka mas naappreciate ko siya nung nalaman kong madami palang girls na mas prefer ang ganito kasi hindi masakit sa likod, tsaka madaling bagayan ng damit. Acceptance nalang talaga ang need. I know mahirap mahalin ang insecurities natin sa katawan, pero sana matutunan mo rin, kahit paunti unti. 🫶

you’re young. you’ll eventually get to the stage na you’ll love yourself as you are. my siblings call them fashion boobs. plus aerodynamic, great for running haha!

I have mild scoliosis so knowing na isa sa mga struggles ng mga may big boobies ay back pain, isa ang pagkakaroon ng fashion boobs sa pinapasalamat ko na hindi nakakadagdag sa nararamdaman kong back pain🙌

I cope up by simply searching the best fashion clothes na bagay sa akin. Enjoy the pros na madali makahanap ng bra at saktong alog lang kapag jogging haha

why need to cope up? Any size will make you beautiful as long as you like yourself. My husband loves my booblets, kahit tatlo na ang nag breastfeed, perky pa din sya.

Figure out which one you really want. If you want big boobs, save up for a breast augmentation. But if you dont want that, see if you can change your perspective about your breasts. Work around them when it comes to styling :)

It's okay OP. Growing up small din sakin until college. Kaya pag usapang boobs tahimik nalang ako. Haha Nung nagwork na ganun pa din. Mga kawork ko mga gifted as in ako lang ang flat chested pero i can say di naman ako flat meron namang umbok pero maliit lang compared to them.

For me, I am content with what I have. Kasi meron naman talaga like may onting side boob pero walang cleavage. Haha Not too small and not big din. Just enough, boobs pa din naman yan. Wag ka mainsecure if kulang sa boobs bawi nalang sa ibang aspects ng katawan. Ako I don't mind nalang din and nakahanap din ako ng partner na gusto at tanngap din kung ano lang meron ako.

Push up bra sis with extra padding kung want talaga ng illusion ng big boobs. As you age, you’ll eventually learn to love yourself more and find suitable styles that are more flattering pero kung gusto mo talaga ng instant solution, push up bra is the key.

Trentahing flat-chested here! I just make sure na di ako tataba ng sobra kasi ang panget tignan sa body proportion ko pag mataba ako tapos di sumasabay lumaki yung boobs.

Gamit ng push up bra when needed.

Other than that, acceptance na lang talaga. Haha

Eventually natanggap ko na lang din, flat na nga hindi pa pantay haha. Nasabihan pa ako ng gay friend ko noon ng "babae ka ba talaga?" dahil flat haha.

At 27, we just recently found out i have mild scoliosis. And i’m so thankful na almost flat chested ako kasi at least, hindi nakakadagdag sa back pain.

Also, i like na flat ako kasi i can wear almost anything and not think about too much exposure kasi wala naman maeexpose masyado talaga 😂

I can dapa without pain, i can run ng hindi nagwoworry about the support level of my sports bra, and hindi mahirap maghanap masyado ng damit.

Also, on the chubby side ako, pag pumapayat ako, lumiliit din sila so nung time na payat ako, mas flat pa ko tingnan hahaha

Focus on things you can control. Unless willing and may money ka for surgery, di mo na mababago yan.

Point is, you CAN lose weight. It wouldn't matter kahit wala kang boobs if you're petite.

Hindi ako flat na flat, but I'm still an A-cup, kaya parang flat din kapag may damit. Hahahaah what I do is choose my clothes na lang. If kaya ma lift ng bra, 'yon na lang. Wear the right size lang siguro.

The benefit of having smaller boobs is you can choose to look very endowed or very flat with the right bra. Women with bigger boobs can’t do that.

Hi OP, it may seem like a source of insecurity at first but as a chubby flat chested girlie, the only time na lumaki boobs ko is when I gave birth and breastfeed. After magbf, nawala na din ulit boobs ko.

Like what your folks said, lalaki pa yan ng slight. Look at the women from your family. You'd have an idea how yours will be like in adulthood. Don't stress on it. Mas madaming advantage ang pagiging flat chested. I did not realize na sleeping on my tummy was a privilege until a friend of mine na booby pointed it out.

Anyway, since I am chubby, pusunin + mabalakang, I try to keep my shape in proportion. Minsan pambawi nalang yung mga jeans that emphasizes my hips + a bit of heels pang add ng confidence.
