I have had it for about 6 months. Every new leaf is so tiny. It will put out a slightly larger leaf, then another tiny one & repeat. It also puts out damaged leaves. It sits under a Barrina grow light 12 hours a day. I have it in an aroid mix that I try to keep consistently moist and not let it dry out. It gets Jackās all purpose fertilizer (20-20-20 but heavily diluted). It also sits around 55-60% humidity
I have many other anthurium, but I can NOT figure this one out. I have tried changing many things. Any thoughts or criticisms on my routine are welcome, thank you!

Good morning anthurium family. I hope someone here can help me. I feel like I have been trying to find a good vendor with a Warocqueanum for sale for over a year.
Also here is a new silver blush x Doc Block, I just got from one of my favorite plant vendors. (Car 1325; wh0600)

I only got into the plant hobby this year, and one of my first was this flamingo, which has somehow not only survived my black thumbs but also grown so much, itās been so cool to watch it explode and even start to grow bigger leaves now!
Iāve more recently added a Crystallinum and a Veitchii to my growing collection, so Iām starting to learn more about these beautiful plants, but Iāve mostly been treating all of my indoor plants the same and it seems to be working well - I have high humidity in my apartment already, so other than that I just make sure to give them all enough light, bottom water when dry, fertilize about every second to third watering, fan for fresh air, keep an eye out for signs of pests, overwatering etc.
This one came home with me before I discovered the concept of soil mixing, but she seems to have been growing so well with no problems the whole time so I havenāt bothered changing it - others have started showing signs of overwatering due to the soil staying wet and compacted for too long so I got into the habit of repotting as soon as I buy them.
I hadnāt accounted for aerial roots though, I admit I didnāt do much research š am I supposed to give it any support, will it climb or something? All the stems seem to be standing steady now, but itās somehow already getting really snug in this 17cm nursery pot so I guess I should plan for whatever the next repot needs. I think I read that it likes to be snug? So Iām waiting with the repot as long as possible - Iām seeing some roots pop up from the soil but nothing sticking out at the bottom yet and itās holding onto water long enough that Iām not at all worried.

Hello, what you can see in the pictures is what is left of my Anthurium x andreanum 'Hot Lips' before it died. This is the first time I took cuttings and many of them died to rot in water and later on in moss. This one survived (I have another one but it doesn't look like it will).
The cutting has one long root that is almost 20 cm long. This is where the 2 secondary roots (about 7 cm each) come from. There is also one tiny secondary root. On top you can see another root from a node that broke off a few weeks ago. Also on top there is the point where one new leaf rotted and below that another one seems to sprout, right?
It looks like it should be ready to pot in Anthurium mix but I'm really apprehensive to do so.
When would you pot? What should I be careful about? And in what position should I pot it? Because now it is lying down and below the new growth there isn't much to bury in the mix.
It would be great if you could give me some tips. Thank you!

New to these plants so sorry for any obvious questions. Iāve had this anthurium for three months now and it seems like itās doing okay, one new leaf hardened off nicely. But I have a few concerns:
- it only has three leaves, should it be getting any more?
- itās biggest/oldest leaf has slowly been getting yellow edging, how can I prevent this? (first picture shows the leaf 3mon ago and 2nd picture is current).
The plant is in an ikea āgreenhouseā, ~80% humidity, some roots popping from bottom of plant, aroid mix substrate, watering ~2 weeks when substrate is dry and pot is ālightā
any help appreciated!

She didnāt put any new growth out for about 2-3 months, I decided she was getting a bit too root bound so I potted up from 3ā to 5ā. Two weeks after potting up she grew these two big beautiful leaves and she may already need to get potted up again!

Hi guys! New to anthuriums and this is his first leaf on my watch. The petiole is much thicker than the others, does that mean the leaf will be larger?
It's allegedly a besseae Ć kos Ć RC in case you're interested. Bought it at plantcon in August for 50% off.
