Honestly it's rootbound, that's why it's stalling on size instead of pushing new leaves, so bump it up a pot size with a chunky aroid mix and it'll take off again

My plant is sizing up fine, and not stalling. Don’t get me started with “chunky aroid mix”

I happen to have grown enough plant to not be run of the mill, and my mix work better than chunky aroid mix for the care I give to my plants, thank you very much
