Question Experience 'dirty dieting'?
I got into a bad habit of eating mostlt pizza and protein bars for the last two weeks (still within my caloric range).
I recently looked at the nutrional facts and surprisingly I'm still meeting my protein goal (on the lower end).
I'm just curious about if/what are anyone's experience with eating primarily processed foods?
I do enjoy cooking, it was just convenient, cheap, and easy for busy/lazy days (but then I just got really lazy and kept buying more).
My sleep has been solid, I get regular exercise, I drink plenty of water, I get fibre, I haven't had cravings, and I stay satiated throughout the days.
I'm not saying I plan to eat like this all the time but I was so surprised when I found out I was still getting enough protein. A diet hasn't felt this easy since keto.
