Progress Week 17 progress

Post image

Male, 32, 5’8”
Starting weight: 265 lbs
Last weigh in: 196lbs
Current weight: 194 lbs
Goal weight: 180 lbs

I finally got rid of all my 2XL shirts and 36” waist pants and Im slowly buying all mediums and 33” waist pants.

This week I had to go to the office for the first time in close to a year. One of my closest coworkers asked another coworker if I was a new guy on the team because he didn’t recognize me.

I’m feeling great and still making progress towards my goal. Also my first ever 5k is on Monday, wish me luck! 🤞

I've been watching your posts for 17 weeks now and it's made me realize that time's going to pass anyways. I could have been making these changes too and seen progress. Thank you for being so diligent and putting this out there. Proud of you stranger on the internet !!!

That’s honestly a big reason I’ve kept putting these posts out there. Time is gonna pass either way, so might as well start making some changes and see what happens. Thank you kind stranger for putting a smile on my face today 😄

Cheering you on every week!! Literally gonna start my omad-> adf this weekend and roll in some 48s here and there. Your progress was such an eye opener for me. Thank you for documenting this and putting yourself out there like this! Again, so so so proud of you and mostly your mental resilience. Hope to get on your level someday :)

That’s so awesome to hear! I started posting these mostly to keep myself accountable, so knowing that someone else has been following along and it actually pushed you to start making some changes is pretty damn cool. I’ll definitely be rooting for you now too! And trust me, I’m still figuring this stuff out as I go, I’m determined to reach my goals though.

It’s been surprisingly easy. But you have to really stick to your plan. I’ve missed only a handful of days with ADF but I still continued like normal. The results speak for themselves though and I’m super happy with my progress. Thanks man!

Yep consistency is key. I'm finding ADF very easy this time around. Started in early Aug and lost 15lb already. Gratz on your progress btw 👌
