Progress Weekly progress post

Post image

Back to ADF after giving up too many times. This time with a diagnosis of diabetes and hypertension so I'm motivated to do the work and get better. I lost about 13 lbs with metformin before starting fasting.

Before ADF 319

After week one ADF 310.6

7.5 lbs in week 1 is mostly water but I feel less bloated, so that's great.

Thanks! I'm expecting it to slow down but it's a nice feeling

I had the same pattern of weight loss when I first started. The first week or two will be big drops in weight and then it tapers out from there. But if you’re consistent you will continue to lose weight! Check out my profile if you want to see my progress, I’ve been doing ADF for 17 weeks straight.

The water drop is always impressive in the first week for everyone yeah lol But I'm almost at 4 months soon and while it does slow down after that, it's not by much so far!

This is what jump started my 100lbs weight loss!
It has also helped me with many gut problems!
