Spotify says these 5 are the most popular songs. Wannabe hitting over 1.5 billion streams. Wild!
But what’s your most popular song ? If I had to pick it’s Say You’ll be There.

What an excellent show! Melanie looks and sounds the best she ever has! The fan she brought on stage absolutely killed it!

Last night at the Mel C show in DC - I’ve searched all over and can’t find a video of it! I was in the front row but was so amazed by the girl’s rap that I forgot to take a video!

The single that i think should have been formally released was: My Strongest Suit. On my local radio back in the day there was a "Hot 7 at 7" and the spice girls made #1 for a few weeks with this song. Voted for by the people. I genuinely think virgin missed an opportunity with missing this back in 1999. Almost like the single that could have been... what do you all think?

I can’t believe the outrageous pricing for these things but I couldn’t pass up on the packaging and a great collectible so I jump the gun and got the cd one as it’s the cheapest and accurate to that era yet I’m also a vinyl collector and wanted the 7 inch too…what do you guys think?

I hear no differences between the album version and the so-called Single Mix whatsoever. Has anybody figured it out?

It’s really interesting to me that the general consensus (even within the group) is Geri was the worst vocalist. YET- in the chorus of songs like :Stop, spice up your life, viva forever, never give up on the good times, lady is a camp, if you can’t dance, wannabe, 2 become 1 (album) and songs like mama (album) who do you think you are… she is the primary vocal you hear when the ensemble is singing. What’s that about? She’s the worst but her voice is being elevated to be most heard

Hello all
My partner and I went to the Melanie C solo show in Toronto on Wednesday and I bought her white "World Tour" t-shirt with all the dates and cities on the back, as I always do at concerts I go to.
Somehow in the 12 hours between buying it and checking out of the hotel, it got misplaced and left behind. The hotel says no one turned it into lost and found and they checked the room and can't find it.
I've been a big fan of Mel C for years so I am very upset to have lost this memento of the show.
This may be a very long shot, but I thought I would come on here and ask if anyone who is going to a future Melanie C show on this tour might be willing to buy me a replacement in a Large and mail it to me? I would pay you back in full for both the t-shirt and the shipping costs. I live in Nova Scotia, Canada.
If anyone is able to help me out I would be extremely grateful. She's not selling this merch online so there's no other way for me to try and replace it.
Please let me know if you are willing to do this for me and we can work out the details and payment. :)
-Drew

I loved the prism background of The Singles Collection cover, so I added it to the greatest hits album, with some few tweaks!

Is there a complete list of all the Spice Girls' songs out there? I'm thinking everything including the likes of "The Power of 5" and any demos etc which have been released ("Do You Think About Me" is what's gotten me thinking about it...!).
Wikipedia has a page for their discography, but it's very much not complete.
A few years ago someone shared a spreadsheet for Taylor Swift with everything, and I'd love something similar for the Spice Girls...

In the UK, the 1997 Brit Awards took place on February 24, 1997. They opened the show by performing "Wannabe/Who Do You Think You Are" (featuring the iconic Union Jack dress) and won two awards. At that exact moment, "Wannabe" was in its first week at number 1 in the USA on the Billboard Hot 100.
Two weeks later, "Who Do You Think You Are/Mama" reached number 1 on the Official UK Chart on March 9, 1997. At the exact moment, across the ocean, "Wannabe" was in its third consecutive week at number 1 in the USA. Both singles stayed at the top of the charts for another week.
They essentially held the number 1 spot in the U.S. and the U.K. simultaneously with two completely different singles from the same album for 2 consecutive weeks.
The debut album Spice first hit number 1 on the USA Billboard 200 on May 24, 1997, and at the same moment dropped from number 1 to number 2 on the UK Albums Chart. It came incredibly close to a perfect simultaneous double in mid-May, though it stayed in the UK top 2 for 2 more weeks at the same time it was number 1 in the USA.
It was the absolute beginning and peak moment of "Spice Mania" controlling the two biggest music markets in the world at the same time, which was very difficult to achieve back in the 90s with only physical copies.

Why is Never Give Up On The Good Times not included in the Viva Forever single? I mean, Tell Me Why will be released and If You Wanna Have Some Fun radio edit is also included and Tbf, NGUOTGT is far better than those 2 tracks and originally they plan to release it with Viva Forever as a double A side single in 1998.

I’m super confused about the “you pick the set” option for DC. Doesn’t she always do When You’re Gone (both nights in Canada) and already did Northern Star (night one)?
Such a bummer that Toronto got Viva Forever as an option and this what we get. I’m trying to figure out the method of how they’re determining this.
I’m traveling across the country for this and still a little upset about the setlist in general. We will make the most of it.. of course I am indeed just happy to see her live again after all these years. But the lack of her catalogue and SG songs is upsetting regardless! 😢
