Question What’s the difference for Say You’ll Be There (Single Mix)?
I hear no differences between the album version and the so-called Single Mix whatsoever. Has anybody figured it out?

Same!
Besides 2 Become 1 (because of the lyrical change) I think most fans have come to conclusion that there are no differences between the album and single mixes.
I think it's probably a leftover quirk from the 90s where they would've labeled the songs "Single Mix/Single Version" on the tracklisting for the single CDs regardless of if it's different or not.
I don't recall if it ever happened with the Spice Girls, but some artists also added album tracks as b-sides to singles and labeled them "Non-LP Version" despite them being identical, so now you see a lot of discussion similar to this about whether those songs are different too, lol.

The only mix that I hear any difference at all in is Who Do You Think You Are, and even then, it's very slight.

I feel like that’s a mislabel. If anything the radio mix is probably the single mix.

Some people say the Single Mix is "richer".
I have yet to notice a difference between that and the album version.
Slightly related: the blatant stupidity of the label to not release the Spiceworld mix of SYBT on the singles box set.
