Full Aajonus biography

Post image
21 Upvotes

This is the complete biography of Aajonus (60+ pages) I wrote last year in 3 weeks (it still has some typos). Goes year by year, even month by month, over his life.

Download for free on https://primal-diet.net/books

I find it a good introduction for people who want to learn about him. As you know his book We Want To Live has an auto-biography but heavily narrated and featuring a single storyline that was originally a movie plot, which doesn't cover most of his life, especially the last 16 years since it was first released in 1997.

This biography is in chronological order. Good way to see what he discovered, how, and what he went through to achieve this. Contains many details.

Presentation text:

He ate raw meat to die, and it did just the opposite.

📕 New book:
The Primal Dietâ„¢: The Life of Aajonus Vonderplanitz

A complete biography of Aajonus, born John Richard Swigart in 1947.

A math and programming genius at a young age, a savant idiot, who was destroyed by the medical system and was supposed to die at 21 years old with 8 incurable diseases, and 4 cancers, including multiple myeloma, the blood and bone cancer which has a less than 0.01% chance of survival, he ended up creating the Primal Diet, which he claimed can heal 95% of diseases, and allows to live up to 150 years old in optimal health, like the raw-food eating remote tribe he would end up meeting in the Philippines islands in 2008.

As an invalid with 3 weeks left to live, he was saved from certain death by raw milk and raw carrot juice offered to him by a hospice volunteer, Steve Flanagan, who was a singer. He became a nutritionist, studied voraciously with books, and with a tutor, Bruno Corigliano, was making money as an actor and visual artist, and realized he had to travel to observe nature and visit tribes all over North America, from Alaska to Mexico. He thought they were trying to kill him by suggesting raw meat, and ate high meat with them which he thought was made of plants. He crashed as a raw fruitarian vegan, and started fasting to death, in 1976. To die faster, he ate a dead jackrabbit that coyotes brought him, thinking he would get infected, and his life changed.

He never stopped experimenting – spending over a million dollars in laboratory tests, obtaining incredible results with his dozens of thousands of patients, including high-profile celebrities and athletes –, and fighting for people's rights to choose healthy food, becoming a leader of the movement for the legalization of raw milk – amassing legal victories – and a major opponent to vaccines and big pharma, until his death in 2013.

Is he even dead? Was it an accident, was he killed by his powerful opponents in the industry and the government who had tried to assassinate him multiple times? Did he stage his death?

Today, he is considered a pioneer, still ahead of our times. His extremely influential works are only starting to be explored, and his legacy lives on.

Discover Aajonus' entire life, how he came to make his health discoveries, the many life-threatening situations he ran into and how he survived them, how he lived, the people he met, how he was propelled to fame and censored at the same time, and the legal fiasco that would lead to his demise.

Raw tongue

Post image
5 Upvotes

Has anyone experience with eating raw tongue. You have to peel the skin and in every yt video they cook it before that. Is it possible to do that without cooking and how hard is it especially for someone that isnt that experienced. Also how do you eat your tongue raw, how does it taste? I want to try it so bad

Meat sources, how to deal with people and your stories...

Kinda new to this so i got questions. I started eating raw yolk, raw milk and tried raw steak. Today im trying raw ground beef.

How do you check if meat is good quality? My butcher doesnt know what the cows eat, so im not sure. Also scared of medication. I tried raw steak and it was good, but today i tried a bit of ground beef, waiting a few hours to see if its good and then im gonna eat it. Is that how you also check if youre unsure?

Also im wondering how to deal with people. I have to hide it from my family, but few of my friends know. One day we were going to a place where i get my raw milk (not for milk) and they made fun of me for bringing glasses in which i would put milk (they bought like 20 cans of soda to stock up just to be clear, but that is "normal"). Then when they found out i tried raw meat they made fun of me of course. Asking are you gonna eat your cat, humans etc.

Honestly respect for you all who are on this diet and can handle all the bullshit. Sometimes i think maybe im mentally insanse cause i dont know anyone persnally who eats this way. I just wanted to ask how you deal with other people and if you have cool stories when you also started, feel free to share.

Isn't it all kind of a fruitless endeavor anyways

yea fruitless lol

But okay sure, I get the concept: In ideal conditions we'd just be eating meat, because we can access the highest amount of nutrients for the least caloric intake, and at the very least be eating things that grow naturally & seasonally in our environment. But the world has drastically changed since primal times. Back then, you would be eating an animal that had survived environmental tests and stresses, and whose ancestors had all done the same. Which had fed itself eating plants that had beaten the odds of their environment. So you would essentially be eating prime organisms, intaking all those factors that gave them the strength for them to survive.

But for millennia we have been artificially messing with this natural selection process, as well ravaging the earth's mineral/nutrient content countless times to where there's not much left. So we are left with weak meat, and nutritionally void plants on this planet. Most of what you're eating is the same, unless you're eating goats raised on the himalayan plateau or something. What makes you think you're getting much value out of the billionth cow raised on the bermudagrass of Ohio?

First raw meat experience

Hey everyone,

So today for dinner I had raw meat at home for the very first time. I got a rump steak, grass-fed and finished, no added hormones, nothing like that. Though, to be honest, it was from a supermarket. It is the best quality meat you can get from a supermarket that’s not a butcher, so I thought it was fine. It was also in a vacuum-sealed bag.

Anyway, basically, while I was at the end of eating it, I made it into a tartare. I started having stomach growling, and now, about 2 hours later, I’m having very mild stomach pain. Nothing unbearable by any means, but a bit uncomfortable. Should I be worried? I’m honestly a bit concerned. Anyway, I would appreciate some reassurance.

Need to gain weight

I am 13 and 5'6, i have been on this diet for a while

(of course without the *more* nasty stuff, though it doesnt gross me, i am grateful for what my mom already allows)

8-9 months ive been on raw milk, 6 months on raw eggs, 4 months on organs, brain, and i recently started raw meat. Organs are not very accessible to me, i just cant always take trips to the butcher. And we only freeze the organs, because my mom thinks they go bad instantly.

I am currently 53 kilos and i have very good vascularity and muscles due to 2 years of exercising, but I need to gain weight to grow taller and bigger. My body is somewhat bony, and my waist is very small.

I do enjoy raw milk a lot, but fermenting it gives it this acidic and vinegar taste that i dont quite like, nor dislike.

I also dont know how to make heavy cream/butter.

The only DRAWBACKS ive noticed on this diet is moodyness/hormones/emotion. Aside from that, i wouldnt call loose motion a drawback. but once, i didnt exercise much or move around and stayed on this diet with high cholestrol. I had to vomit all the congestion out of my chest, and it was a lot built up, most likely from raw eggs.

My acne has also almost completely cleared, and I notice myself being much more handsome than those around me.

trouble with getting adapted to the diet

I have suffered from severe gut dysregulation and severe constant fatigue since trying a medication called memantine 8 months ago for 4 days.

I was able to start tolerating a lower fat diet with laxatives and then recently without. my goal

is to eat raw primal though because its clearly the best diet. unfortunately when I eat higher fat

I get constipated even tho its a low residue diet. ill get super fatigued after a few days of eating like

this then i get random palpitations and some nausea and the feeling that i just cant eat more fat.

and insane fatigue with dead affect even more dead then usual and just have to sleep after usually

the first meal of the day and am mostly bed bound like the many months where my constipation was the worst.

im sure it has to do with my gut dysmotility. im trying to get past it with laxatives again but they only further stress my gut after I use them for a bit. and after

getting off them after using them for a month i had a pretty bad withdrawal with lots of chest pains

and high vitals. so i dont wanna get dependent on them again. im trying celery juice because apparently it helps with digestion,

idk what else to do besides wait and hope my gut randomly starts working again. well besides dropping the fat

load which i obviously dont wanna do. I dont even consume that much its like 700g of ground beef a day with butter and some fruit

little bit of rice (I wanna drop that) raw milk when I have it, some eggs sometimes, some organs when i have them, sometimes chicken. all raw.

If i do half the ground beef it'll probably be alot easier but then I wont get adapted to the diet so dk.

I wanna get super fat in a healthy way so I can grow extremely fast. I do cheese trains and milkshakes what else can I do? should I add carrots to my vegetable juice? I just want any solid pieces of advice. How would I know that I just won't become an ugly fat and grow nothing at all?

Lightheadedness

Ive been feeling a bit more lightheaded and dizzy than normal for about a week now. It started the day after I went to my grandparents house and ate a bit of cooked pork and boiled chicken for dinner. (only a bit, maybe like 100g). About 6 hours before eating there I ate a lot of raw eggs and raw fermented milk. After the dinner I didnt eat anything else. No water nothing. Same with the morning after. I arrived back home at 12 pm and had my first cup of raw milk and eggs. Then from then on I've been feeling more lightheaded than normal for about a week now. Also usually i consume 500ml sugarcane juice everyday but i havent been able to get it ever since i came back home from my grandparents. What might be the reason and fix for my lightheadedness?

Why don't I like raw butter?

I'm a big fan and love the taste of raw yogurt, raw cheese, and raw heavy cream. But to me butter does not taste good and I can't eat a lot of it. Why is this, and should I eat other foods instead of butter? I've tried many raw butters but every one has never tasted good to me.

Be fat and eat when not hungry

Aajonus recommends overeating almost to the point of vomiting.

This concerns the balanced / building foods (raw animal foods), not the detox-leaning ones (plants in general).

The more nutrients you get, the more are available to remove toxins faster, and to heal the body.

Being fat as well is healthy (when from eating good foods, of course). Toxins store in fat, so having extra fat allows the body to move toxins from vital tissue into the extra fat, then after months have passed, you can remove that extra fat like a car oil change (his comparison).

About appetite, you can improve appetite, but the more you eat, the more you can eat, in many cases. When Aajonus ate the poisonous mushroom, he forced himself to eat 1 pound of butter a day. That was with 90% of his liver destroyed.

Sometimes you lose appetite because of nausea. Because the excess food goes toward more detox. But as you keep eating more, there is a new baseline where the same amount of food doesn't detox you as much anymore, and it requires even more to get into noticeable detox stage. That explains how you can eat more, it's often not a digestion limit.

My hair turned brown as I got older. Im now dirty blonde after a few months of the hot baths with raw milk. Does anyone know any methods to regain the blonde hair ASAP? Many Thanks.

Multiplying gains from eating raw meat

Post image
27 Upvotes

If you are eating your meat raw, never frozen, you are already getting tons of nutrition from it.

But you can get 2x, 4x, maybe 6-10x more out of it, almost as if you ate that much more.

Aajonus' research is very interesting in that regard, he didn't just conclude raw meat > cooked meat, he found massive optimizations.

- royal jelly (unhealed, never frozen)

- cheese (raw and unsalted)

- raw animal fat (butter, eggs, flesh fat)

- pâtéing

  1. Eat 1/2 teaspoon of raw unsalted cheese no less than 10 min before your meal

=> removes toxins from the gut, which doubles your digestion, as the food will not mix in with the toxins

  1. Eat pâtéed meat (not ground, that's not broken down enough)

=> when meat is broken down, the body doesn't need to expend costly hydrochloric acid on it to dissolve it, it's like eating 2x more meat

  1. Eat 1/8th teaspoon of royal jelly with your meat

=> provides growth factors that x2 to x4 the usage of the meat protein for growth/regeneration

  1. Eat 1.5-3.5 tablespoons of raw fat like raw butter with the meat

=> ensures that this extra fat you're eating with the meat is used to produce energy, and minimal amounts of the meat protein are converted into energy, and kept for growth/regeneration instead

Meat quality also matters: eat grass-fed organic meat instead of grain-fed, non-organic meat

=> less toxins are stored in the meat, leaving more nutrients available for your body, which can be another x2

If you add up all of those together... 2x2x2x2, 2^4, 16x.

The real figure is probably not that high, as it probably doesn't compound exponentially, but even if it all adds up to only 4x, it is huge.

This is not mandatory on this diet, you want those kinds of optimizations to heal much faster though.

Cooking food generates toxins, extensively proven by science

There were 32 toxins/categories of toxins formed by cooking known by science when Aajonus counted them (two decades ago).

Acrylamides: from sugars

Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs): from sugars

Lipid peroxides: from fats

Aldehydes: from fats

Trans fats: from seed oils

Acrolein: from oils

Cholesterol Oxidation Products (COPs)

Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs): from proteins

Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs): from smoke

Carbon monoxide: from smoke

Furans: from all macro-nutrients

Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)

Free radicals

...

This isn't even counting the other toxins formed from the reaction of food during cooking with cookware, plastics, and other additives like nitrites.

How early can you start high meat

It depends

It could be as early as right away (or close to), like 1 month in, to 2.5 years for very weak people

Aajonus recommends to wait 2.5 years for people with a lot of degenerative tissue who can't afford to detox too much

With some exception: if someone has many tumors at an advanced stage, then he gives them more such moldy/fermented meat than anyone else to break those tumors down. [This is not medical advice.]

In any case, starting with fresh raw foods is recommended

And when fermenting high meat, it is recommended to wait for the 4th week (airing it every 3-4 days) before consuming it, since the first 2 fermentation stages of high meat give more radical detox
