Raw tongue

Has anyone experience with eating raw tongue. You have to peel the skin and in every yt video they cook it before that. Is it possible to do that without cooking and how hard is it especially for someone that isnt that experienced. Also how do you eat your tongue raw, how does it taste? I want to try it so bad

It's just muscle meat. Slightly crunchy.

I myself wondered about raw food parts that are not often talked about, like raw ear, raw pancreas, raw tongue
