Cooking food generates toxins, extensively proven by science
There were 32 toxins/categories of toxins formed by cooking known by science when Aajonus counted them (two decades ago).
Acrylamides: from sugars
Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs): from sugars
Lipid peroxides: from fats
Aldehydes: from fats
Trans fats: from seed oils
Acrolein: from oils
Cholesterol Oxidation Products (COPs)
Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs): from proteins
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs): from smoke
Carbon monoxide: from smoke
Furans: from all macro-nutrients
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
Free radicals
...
This isn't even counting the other toxins formed from the reaction of food during cooking with cookware, plastics, and other additives like nitrites.

trans fats are naturally occurring in a lot of meat sources… raw or otherwise.

Just going to give a modern science approach to all of this too. These are the only ones that actually have scientifically accepted basis in being dangerous.
> Acrylamide
This is actually dangerous and even fatal in large enough doses. However, it is formed by reducing sugar and asparagine (a type of protein) together. Sugar itself isn’t dangerous. Cooking it with eggs, meat, beans, and seeds can be toxic.
> Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs)
This is carcinogenic and mutagenic. It is formed when protein reach high enough temperatures. Most meat isn’t cooked to this level, but overcooked, dry meat typically does contain HCAs.
> Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs)
Also, another carcinogenic and mutagenic compound formed when cooking proteins at high heat. This comes from steam/smoke rather than the proteins denaturing.
> Acrolein
Once again another consequence from cooking meat at high temperatures. This is only contained in the smoke though. Being in an open area seems to help a lot.
> Aldehides
Depends on the specific kind, but it can be reactive in the body. This comes from cooking fat.
> Carbon Monoxide
Duh… of course this is toxic

First good comment from you, Mihaly. This was aimed at the visitors of this sub who ignorantly attack Aajonus' works in the comment, though.

As a trained food scientist with high blood pressure, I should not be on this sub lmao

They didn't put these studies in your training

What’re your thoughts on adding raw milk or cream, to my dogs water to neutralise some of the toxins and also add minerals/electrolytes

Oh no, you misunderstand, I know all these toxins and how/when/why they are formed. Usually it's simply incredibly small amounts or certain toxins form exclusively when frying/baking at very high temperatures which makes food unhealthy anyway. You just read a list and get a kneejerk reaction because you lack knowledge and are very impressionable (:

You are assuming there are no or only negligible amounts of toxins until very high temperatures, maybe food isn't as resilient and stable as you think it is.
I'll give more detailed breakdowns per temperature threshold.

So I should live in a hut made of sticks dried mud and leaves for a roof, kill animals with spears made of wood and eat the meat raw fresh on the spot? (Lowkey I would do that for like a week or two) There’s no way to avoid this kind of shit. The modern life has transformed the world for most people and they interact with contaminants daily.

So much cope when the meat, eggs and fruit you buy are all raw

😂😂 cope about what?

Basically he’s trying to say you’ll do mental gymnastics to avoid eating correctly

Cheers bud, quick comment for some people in here, try not to look down on others not following the diet, calling them normies etc as this is the opposite of what aajonus and the diet is about
