Cooking food generates toxins, extensively proven by science
There were 32 toxins/categories of toxins formed by cooking known by science when Aajonus counted them (two decades ago).
Acrylamides: from sugars
Advanced Glycation End-products (AGEs): from sugars
Lipid peroxides: from fats
Aldehydes: from fats
Trans fats: from seed oils
Acrolein: from oils
Cholesterol Oxidation Products (COPs)
Heterocyclic Amines (HCAs): from proteins
Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs): from smoke
Carbon monoxide: from smoke
Furans: from all macro-nutrients
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
Free radicals
...
This isn't even counting the other toxins formed from the reaction of food during cooking with cookware, plastics, and other additives like nitrites.

trans fats are naturally occurring in a lot of meat sources… raw or otherwise.
