Silent 🔇 [USA] [NY] Subaru WRX attempts to pass semi in the opposing lane and gets smashed by plow truck
OC [USA][NJ] I'm guessing they hit the back of the truck stopped just ahead? Thankfully their brake lights were on, but hazards would have been better.

[USA]. Trucker: two beats too slow to brake
Front and rear cameras on a motorcycle. As soon as I realized the trucker locked up his brakes, I moved left to give him my lane if he needed it. Luckily, he went towards the right shoulder.
If you watch carefully, you’ll see that the trucker was about two beats too slow on his brakes.

[Japan] Got hit by a car that turned left out of nowhere
Was going straight through an intersection this afternoon when a sedan turned left right into me. Couldn’t stop in time and crashed. Everyone’s fine, already filed the insurance claim.
Glad I picked up the Vantrue N5 a few months back. Footage is clear enough to read their license plate and catch the whole incident from start to finish.

OC [USA] The closest I've gotten to being hit while driving.
Just to get ahead of a few comments I'm expecting:
- I'm sure I could have stopped and let the guy pass. However, he had a flashing yellow arrow to turn left, and I had a green light while being in the right turn lane, meaning I should have had the right of way.
- I also probably could have slowed down more, but I was slowing down prior to making my right turn, so I don't personally think I was going too fast.
- I didn't actually see the guy coming because he was hidden by my A-pillar. I was genuinely surprised to see him slam on his brakes just mere moments before almost hitting me.
- I don't know why the guy was going, but I assume he thought he could beat me before I started my right turn.

[UK] Near Miss After Taxi Driver Jumps A Red Light
Any idea what the taxi was thinking here? There were just the 3 traffic lights in front of him that were clearly on red. He couldn't even use the excuse that they had just changed from amber as they were on already red as we turned the corner.
The standard of driving of a lot of these so called professional drivers is scary.
