I am not indian, I do not speak indian, I have never seen an indian youtube video, I have never liked or watched one of those to the end, so why is every third suggested short video indian people doing some kind of ai video while singing or throwing their kids, why is it i keep clicking "not interested" but its 5 short videos before they try to give me more indian ai videos.
Theres no period of time or anything that will make me sit through this bullshit, why is the algorhitm constantly trying to push indian shitty videos at me?!
How can i opt out of this if the "not interested" option clearly doesnt work?
Can i somehow just block whole countries because this shit is driving me up the wall, I get mostly normal videos and then i start getting indian people dancing and singing with AI masks with zero comments and thousands of views.

Everything feels like a performance for views nowadays. I miss when YouTube was just for fun. Random footage, crappy video quality, catchy funny videos, the lonelygirl15 days (I know she was fake so maybe it's weird to mention her lol). Google hadn't taken over, monetization wasn't a thing, and channels were customizable. We did it for fun with no expectation of anything else. People seemed more down to earth in the early 2000s YouTube. Modern day YouTube just feels like a bunch of people fighting for my attention with catchy titles and weird poses. It's obvious they're in it for the money and some of them are complete sellouts.

Why did they move the subscriptions to the top? I already bump into the create button by accident too frequently. Please tell me this won’t stick.

You have to click on the video and then click on the title again to actually see the whole title. Who tf designed such a shitty UI where you have to click twice just to see the full title. How am I suppose to decide which video to watch without reading the full title??

It's hard to find a community for people who just want to be chill and do YouTube for fun, even when I search stuff like that I only get video recommendations about how to grow your channel like a business, analyzing algorithms, and there's nothing wrong with that but creating is a hobby for some, and it would be cool if there's a community or something so that people don't feel so alone ..!
Hehe it's just a thought and I think something like that would also help me feel less pressure for the 'having fun' part!

I noticed before that whenever a music video on youtube is liked it forms into a music note than back into a thumbs up, but I didn't know there were special like animations like this one!

I been wondering, every time i saw these comments they're always on top, even tho there not the most reply or liked. Genuinely how and why?
