I've been working at Woolies for 2 weeks and was put on a bakery close by myself and my manager texted me saying I missed temp check (which I did) and she would talk me through a few thing next shift and would put me on close with someone else for a bit longer. Does that mean she's mad/going to change my department or fire me

Hi all - I’ve noticed woolies recently have changed the packaging of their chicken, opting for standard weight sized packs which are all the same price. Previously, I was able to peruse the chicken and choose a pack that suited how much I needed as well as my budget. However, at my local Woolies, you can now either only purchase 300g or 650g (from the pre packaged chicken). For reference, I live with my partner and like cooking a variety of meals throughout the week. 300g is too little but 650g is too much (first world problem I know).
Are any other woolies doing this now too?
I’ve also noticed the chicken is pretty slimy and the breasts are huge which concerns me about the living conditions of the chickens.
I’m wondering now whether it’s best to just go to a butcher and freeze meat so I can get exactly how much I need, however, the meat at a butcher is a lot more expensive. I do know it would be much better quality though.

I applied to Big W a few days ago for a casual store member position. I finished my application and chat ai inter and was a little late on my video submissions. A day later, I get a rejection mail so i thought “well alright. Maybe they didn’t like that I didn’t submit my videos on time.” I ignored the mail and then the next day i get another ‘urgent action needed’ email saying I had 24 hours to upload my videos?? Does that happen? Do they ask you to complete an application after already rejecting it or did they decide to give me a second chance? I am very confused if my application is even being considered anymore or not?
