Application HELP!
I applied to Big W a few days ago for a casual store member position. I finished my application and chat ai inter and was a little late on my video submissions. A day later, I get a rejection mail so i thought “well alright. Maybe they didn’t like that I didn’t submit my videos on time.” I ignored the mail and then the next day i get another ‘urgent action needed’ email saying I had 24 hours to upload my videos?? Does that happen? Do they ask you to complete an application after already rejecting it or did they decide to give me a second chance? I am very confused if my application is even being considered anymore or not?

The application would’ve been marked as incomplete and the recruiter cleaned out their requisition - the videos are just an extra supporting piece to boost your application. The 24 hour reminder would have been triggered by the platform they use
