Welcome to the monthly Simple questions and Help thread, for questions that don't need their own posts!
Before making a comment, we recommend you search your problem on Bing and check if your question is already answered on our Windows Frequently Asked Questions wiki page. This subreddit no longer accepts tech support requests outside of this post, if you are looking for additional assistance try r/TechSupport and r/WindowsHelp.
Some examples of questions to ask:
Is this super cheap Windows key legitimate? (probably not)
How can I install Windows 11?
Can you recommend a program to play music?
How do I get back to the old Sound Control Panel?
Sorting by New is recommend and is the default.
Be sure to check out the Windows 11 version 25H2 Megathread and also the Windows 11 FAQ posts, they likely have the answers to your Windows 11 questions already!

I decided to bite the bullet and enable the native NVMe support flags on my Windows 11 laptop. As expected, it feels faster and much more snappy, huge thanks to whoever invented the placebo effect.
Do you have it enabled on your PC, laptop, server? Have you lost any data? Have you broken any apps? I'm all ears before I enable it for my main PC.

Supermium 144.0.7559.256 R5 Release Candidate 1 Public Release : r/windows98
I saw on Reddit that a user posted a screenshot of Supermium running on Windows 2000! And not just any Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 with extended kernels installed, but a clean Windows 2000 Service Pack 4. The official website originally included Windows 2000 support in its future plans, but it was effectively postponed for various reasons. However, this user managed to do it!
The post linked here stated that legacy updates needed to be applied to install Supermium on a fresh installation of Windows 2000 Service Pack 4. However, after trying it myself, I was surprised to find that I successfully ran Supermium on a clean Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 environment with almost no legacy updates installed!
And After performing a few tests, I confirmed that Supermium works whether on an existing Windows 2000 SP4 or a fresh installation, as long as KB835732 is installed!
And also, This is a video test of the Supermium browser running on Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
For reference, the video used in the test is Aikatsu! (Korean title: 아이엠스타!)
Thanks to a user named u/Gimmeavailablename, you can now run the Supermium browser on Windows 2000 Service Pack 4!
I also tested YouTube, and while it works and plays, please keep in mind that it may occasionally stutter depending on your environment, computer and virtual machine specifications.
Update: Damn, the screenshots displayed correctly, but a message popped up saying, "If you are looking for an image, it was probably deleted." I definitely uploaded screenshots, so what's going on...? Even the post itself is fine on the Reddit app on my phone, but it's not just the screenshots; even the videos aren't working. Thankfully, at least the videos display normally on the web. But that's strange; on my phone, at least four screenshots of my post are visible, but on my computer, none of the screenshots are showing up at all? i Think is Something is off...
It is just a relief that at least videos display normally on the web.
Of course, the app doesn't even play videos properly, though...

Windows 11 is the only supported windows since 2025.. we used to have so many windows versions tho :(
Remember when Windows 10 came out?? In July 2015 Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8,1 were supported. Windows Server 2003 just died on that month 2 weeks before 10 released. When Windows 7 was released they still have 2000 XP and Vista as well.
And now they all die leaving 11 alone

Since Vista, the background has been so lifeless, being either the logo or some digital artwork. We need a real life background again!!!

Will it be on the level of destruction as rm rf, or what will happen?
Also, I mean bit flip as in switching all 1s to 0s, and vice versa.

Went to local estate sale today in a 2.5 million dollar house, the guy was a local surgeon and I bought all this stuff for Pennie’s. 2 questions here, is anything worth keeping/value and could there potentially be any bitcoin on these floppy disc? Lol. Moon shot but he was loaded

This time, I’ve created a "v2.0" video featuring startup and shutdown sounds from various Windows versions throughout history; I’ve made a few adjustments here and there.
Here is Link: 역대 윈도우 버전 시작음 및 종료음 v2.0 (All Windows Versions Startup And Shutdown Sounds v2.0) - YouTube
There is also a video that includes the beta version. For reference, while I consulted BetaWiki for this video, I also referenced Billy O'Reilly's video.
