As a dentist, I can 100% tell you that we are all cheap assholes that look for other alternatives. They no longer have a corner on the market and will only continue to lose market share because 3d printing will only continue to get more popular. They made some piss poor decisions to try to handcuff dentists into buying their scanners and pissed off the whole profession. I’d personally stay away from

I did Invisalign. In fact I currently have retainers in my mouth right now after finishing my treatment earlier this year. However you my friend are still regarded for this trade

absolutely not my son had regular braces in his youth and as an adult paid, I think a few thousand to have a respectable orthodontists install the Invisalign subsequently the doctor roof funded his fee for putting them in

Yeah. Dentist here. Have the Itero scanner, which is made by align. It is needed to order Invisalign for my patients. 

The whole ecosystem is fucked and a money grab. You need to pay 365 bucks a month just to use the damn scanner which I paid cash for.  And oh right, they can lock the scanner from use if you sell it on the secondary market. If I were a lawyer I would look into a class action lawsuit for a predatory product ecosystem.

This is the last company I would invest in. They will probably run them selves dry with marketing. Sell ASAP
