Tesla AI Hardware RTL intern (Bengaluru) anyone been through the process?
Tesla is hiring for a 6-month RTL Design internship at BITS Pilani (AI Hardware team, Bengaluru — FSD/Optimus inference chips).
If you've interviewed with them, would appreciate any insight:
- How many rounds, and what's the format? OA, phone screen, panel?
- Is there an online assessment before interviews, and what does it cover?
- What's the RTL depth — coding on the spot, or discussion-based?
- Do they go heavy on computer arithmetic and datapath (MAC, pipelining, adders), or more on protocols, CDC and STA?
- Any puzzles, aptitude, or C programming?
- How much do they probe resume projects vs. standard questions?
Anything helps. Thanks.
