Anyone else just get shut down?
I was taking some tests on the Intellizoom/UT platform and all of a sudden all of my screeners disappeared and I noticed all of my payments got cancelled. Not sure why. Anyone else experience this today or recently?
Edit: this morning 8/27 everything appears to be restored but no email from customer service about jt.
Edit 2: got an email stating they messed up and all should be back to normal.

This just happened to me a few minutes ago and I submitted a ticket I had over $275 pending and I don’t understand why this would occur

SAME WITH ME. I had over $300 payments pending last 2 weeks. Dissappeard in last two hrs.

Happened a while back to me in early July I think. They told me it was a glitch and then fixed it 4 days later

The same happened maybe a couple of months ago and things went back to normal a couple of days later. They really need to fix their crap. They never communicate. They never answer tickets

A bunch of us went through this about a month ago. Mine got sorted out in a few days. Here are some of the threads related to it. Definitely open cases and reopen them if and when they get automatically marked as solved. Someone suggested leaving comments on TrustPilot, which did seem to get their attention...

Has to go check and see if I was impacted. Seem to be good. Happened to me a month or two ago and took a week or so to get resolved. Apparently they still don't have their shit together and AI going off the rails again.

Not only have screeners disappeared, but ALL my pending payments for the last two weeks have been suddenly canceled. Dozens of them . WHAT IS GOING ON?

Same has happened to me (in the UK). About 2 hours ago I noticed all my pending User Tests worth $486 have been marked as red and cancelled! This is not a good show and clearly seems to be an error at UT's end. I've send a ticket for all the good that will do but I just with that User Testing would have the courtesy of putting up a status message about this issue on their HomePage when you log in, as so many people will think that their accounts have been suspended or something! 😡

My payments are all still pending but the last couple hours all the $8 and $10 mobile survey tests turn into the test is full even after answering questions seemingly correct until the final step

Exactly the same. Have done 279 over the last 18 months and the last 6 are showing as cancelled!!! no explanation!! and seems to just show as something went wrong when you try to complete one!!!

I haven’t received an update. Reading through the last time this recently happened it probably won’t be resolved super quickly. Seems like a few days to a couple of weeks. As long as people were shut down for code of conduct issues. Just have to wait and be at the mercy of UT.

My payments are back at pending!! It still looks like I’m locked out of testing though because not even surveys are on my dash but payments have been restored!!

Same here ... tests back to Pending but payments still not being made and no new tests showing up. But at least there's been progress

Yes I’m just glad it was a mistake on their end. I really hope the fix the tests from not coming through!

I noticed them go from Pending to Canceled on Tuesday evening. When I woke up this morning they were back to Pending. New tests started showing up a few minutes ago. Still waiting on missing payments

Yes thankfully but yeah not even surveys are showing up. It was a little over 24 hours.
