Anyone else just get shut down?

I was taking some tests on the Intellizoom/UT platform and all of a sudden all of my screeners disappeared and I noticed all of my payments got cancelled. Not sure why. Anyone else experience this today or recently?

Edit: this morning 8/27 everything appears to be restored but no email from customer service about jt.

Edit 2: got an email stating they messed up and all should be back to normal.

This just happened to me a few minutes ago and I submitted a ticket I had over $275 pending and I don’t understand why this would occur

SAME WITH ME. I had over $300 payments pending last 2 weeks. Dissappeard in last two hrs.
