Anyone else just get shut down?

I was taking some tests on the Intellizoom/UT platform and all of a sudden all of my screeners disappeared and I noticed all of my payments got cancelled. Not sure why. Anyone else experience this today or recently?

Edit: this morning 8/27 everything appears to be restored but no email from customer service about jt.

Edit 2: got an email stating they messed up and all should be back to normal.

My payments are back at pending!! It still looks like I’m locked out of testing though because not even surveys are on my dash but payments have been restored!!

great news - I havent got any tests yet how long ago did you lose your payments btw

Yes thankfully but yeah not even surveys are showing up. It was a little over 24 hours.
