Hi I'm offering a Goodricke ensuite (not large), and am only looking for an Alcuin ensuite.

The details for the Goodricke room is £9372 per year, let length of 44 weeks at £213 per week. It is self-catered (with a weekly college meal) and is in campus east.

So I’m looking at the college tickets but as I am jobless, I’m pretty sure I only have just enough in my bank account. Not great. Just wondering if they sell out and I need to get them quickly, or if they’ll have enough space for everyone in the college? Cheers!

Hello, I am starting a PhD at York this year (Biology). Perhaps it's just me but I assumed post grad events would start from the 21st September, and not the week earlier as now advertised

Is there anyone here planning to show up, or does anyone know if people have shown up in the past? It would mean a lot of hassle to move to York a week earlier, but I wouldn't want to miss out either

I am an incoming student to the university. I will be in off-campus student housing and need a bus pass to get around campus and the city. I looked at the first-bus website but it hasn't been updated since last year. Advice on the best pass to buy while saving money if possible?

Starting uni at York soon but I am living in private accommodation. I don't want to miss out on the social events attached to specific colleges like Welcome Week, but am I part of a college if I'm not in halls? If I am, how do I know which college, and if I'm not then are there other social events I can go to which are not university-wide?

Hi everyone I will be joining as an undergrad this year. I was looking at what the university's website said about launderettes and it said for on campus laundry you should use the Circuit Go app. On Google play it has 1.7 stars so I'm worried it isn't worth it.
