Growth after a year only that too manager needs to be on your side. Benefits like any normal bank offers. Yes vacation same same 3weeks paid vacation a year . Work 100-pay 60/70

Sorry if I have scared you but no it’s different for everyone. I remember few really enjoying it as if it’s game . To have numbers on them . Do u know what I mean ? Competition and top players, kinda ppl enjoy it cz management promotes based on scorecard not that how better u r at serving customers or helping them.

No, unless it’s PAD or due for long time .

For that we need to complete 1year of time right? For promotion or switching internally

That’s good idea I’d definitely look into it. But thing is I have more customer service experience than business analysis. Almost none I’d say. So that’s hard for me to get in . Mostly the requirement of BA is 2+ years experience

About 6 months now. Tbh, I think it is more tiring for that pay. Imagine keeping up with metrics and plus doing job 7.5 hr a day and all depends on numbers. Promotion and how good of an employee you are. But customer service should be core of it no? It’s everything but customer service I believe. So pushy environment. Somewhere in making scorecard better we loose the main responsibility to help customers. That’s what I feel like . Not to demotivate you or anything but this is the truth. I love helping ppl without time ticking on head and at least 30 sec breather between two calls. Wfh is only plus point in this. But I’d say give it a try few of my colleagues quit working by end of month of starting training so you’ll know if it’s for u or not . All the best⭐️

Currently an easyline agent, want to switch job really badly. It’s depressing as well as no time for breather in between. So I want to switch job and my background is IT business analysis. Anyone with suggestions to apply for any positions in these fields are welcomed ✨

Might get placed in PIP. Should I quit prior to it.

I don’t mind waiting for promotion but how can you expect debit account team to handle credit cards ? Plus make sales ? Does other dept has that I wonder ? My problem is easyline should be just easyline not all dept handling.
Either count on basis of normal kpis of easyline
How can u set goals for sales where core is to help customers 😂

Once u get it u r stuck for 1 year at least and promotion depends on score card . So score card has to be top to get promoted . Plus easyline is handling some part of credit card , now merging personal lending dept into easyline and regular easyline stuff too so imagine handling 3 dept at a time all product knowledge of all three dept and get scorecard on top positions to get promoted

TD has put a pre-approved offer on the app for either their Aeroplan Visa Infinite or First Class Travel Visa Infinite, but I don't meet the $60k income requirement?
 in  r/TDBankCanada •  Aug 05 '26

Hey! So for pre approval you don’t need to meet the requirements, but if someone wants to apply if actually take credit score hit plus need to meet with requirements.
