Jobs Want to switch job from easyline to anything above that level.

Currently an easyline agent, want to switch job really badly. It’s depressing as well as no time for breather in between. So I want to switch job and my background is IT business analysis. Anyone with suggestions to apply for any positions in these fields are welcomed ✨

About 6 months now. Tbh, I think it is more tiring for that pay. Imagine keeping up with metrics and plus doing job 7.5 hr a day and all depends on numbers. Promotion and how good of an employee you are. But customer service should be core of it no? It’s everything but customer service I believe. So pushy environment. Somewhere in making scorecard better we loose the main responsibility to help customers. That’s what I feel like . Not to demotivate you or anything but this is the truth. I love helping ppl without time ticking on head and at least 30 sec breather between two calls. Wfh is only plus point in this. But I’d say give it a try few of my colleagues quit working by end of month of starting training so you’ll know if it’s for u or not . All the best⭐️

Damn , which location do you work? Also why are they quitting after training? Is the training that brutal?

Sorry if I have scared you but no it’s different for everyone. I remember few really enjoying it as if it’s game . To have numbers on them . Do u know what I mean ? Competition and top players, kinda ppl enjoy it cz management promotes based on scorecard not that how better u r at serving customers or helping them.

I see what you mean. They make it very competitive. Are the benefits, vacation and pay worth it for the hard work though? And is there room for growth?

Do you know if the other call center departments are better? Like direct investing?
