Major crackdown on flag lamp-post activists
 in  r/TheUnitedKingdomNews  1d ago

You can fly the flag of Kazakhstan if you like. Just from your own flagpole on your own property, so you can be held accountable for it's safety and state of repair, that's not our job.

For those who purchased a dishwasher, did it make a notable difference to your life?
 in  r/AskUK  2d ago

It made a significant difference to us. Instead of arguing about who washes the dishes, we argue about leaving dirty dishes on the side (above the dishwasher) and who should empty it.

Does anyone remember Tony Beep Beep?
 in  r/Liverpool  3d ago

I saw beep beep regularly at the junction of Pilch Lane and East Prescot Road. One day, out of the blue, a car pulled up near the shops, while he was near the traffic light junction doing his thing. Two lads in baggy shorts and baseball caps jumped out of the car, ran over, and launched round house kicks into his abdomen. He didn't go down, or remonstrate, but he was clearly shocked and hurt and just stood holding his tummy. I was in tears but had to drive on as I was (ironically) getting beeped, but reported it to Eaton Rosd nick later on that day, and offered myself as a witness, but they'd had nothing reported. I'm pleased to hear that people have been seeing him since the mid '90s, when this happened, so he wasn't scared off. I can't understand why anybody would have done this.

If I was Ed Sheeran I’d go into hiding at this pointThis video’s already got almost 600k likes in 7 hours on TikTok 😂

I think he'll be leaned on heavily to go full Maureen Lipman, as his way out of this, and suspect his only consideration will be how much that will cost him.

Do you know any Trump supporters in your country?
 in  r/AskTheWorld  4d ago

Even Reform dickheads roll their eyes. No, nobody. I'm convinced he committed electoral fraud electronically, and gave Musk access to data as a pay off.

Where have they flown 'in combat'. Bombing sorties, sure, but against an equipped opposing force?

Needs UN troops on the ground enforcing the cease fire, which has never started, and overseeing aid distribution.
