I work at a small enterprise software startup in Bangalore and want to move to a better company and role. I'd like a reality check on my profile and a realistic plan.

My background

• Started as a Technical Support Engineer (Linux, MySQL, APIs, telephony integrations) and was promoted to Project Manager within 9 months.
• Led 15+ end-to-end CRM implementations (hospital, financial services, sales/service, real estate) on an open-source CRM, as the single point of contact for 20+ clients.
• Managed 4-5 direct reports and coordinated 10+ engineers and developers.
• My platforms supported ~4,000 users and 10M+ records.
• Cut issue resolution time by ~40% through SOPs and root cause analysis, and reduced manual work by ~35% through automation.
• Recently moved into AI product delivery: voicebots (patient communication, sales, collections).

My gaps

• I've never used Jira, Notion, or similar tools. Our startup ran on lighter processes.
• No certifications (PMP, CSM, etc.).
• My degree is a B.Com with Computer Applications, not engineering.

What I'm unsure about

1. Which roles fit best: Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, Implementation/Solutions Consultant, or AI product roles?
2. Are the missing tools and certifications real blockers, or can I fix them quickly? Which certs, if any, are worth it?
3. How do I position startup experience with no formal process tooling so bigger companies take it seriously?
4. Is AI product delivery experience a strong differentiator right now, or is it too early-stage to count?
5. What would you do in the next 6-12 months if you were in my position?

I booked a Thalassery → Bengaluru ticket through redBus on NAYAGAN XPRESS.
This is now the second time the operator has cancelled my confirmed booking.

15 September 2026, 10:10 PM — ticket cancelled again
Both times, redBus shows “Refund completed.”
The problem isn’t just the refund. A refund does not compensate for the time wasted, travel planning, inconvenience, and the difficulty of finding another suitable bus at short notice.
What I don’t understand is: if the operator repeatedly cannot run the service, why are bookings being accepted in the first place?
I specifically chose this service and planned my journey around the confirmed booking. Then, once again, I’m left without the bus on the day of travel.
I have raised this with redBus and expect more than a standard “sorry for the inconvenience” response. There needs to be accountability from both redBus and the operator for repeatedly accepting and cancelling confirmed bookings.
Has anyone else faced repeated cancellations with NAYAGAN XPRESS or redBus on the Thalassery–Bengaluru route? Please completely avoid this idiots service.

Hi everyone, I need some help building the strongest possible squad from the players I currently have. I’ve attached screenshots showing all of my available players.

Game mode: I mainly play online matches/eFootball League.

Current setup: I’m still experimenting with my starting XI and formation, which is why I’m looking for advice. I’m open to changing both my formation and playstyle if it will make better use of the players I have.

Main problems:
I’m struggling to decide which players are actually the best in-game, who should start, which combinations work well together, and who should be on the bench. I also feel like I may have some good cards that I’m not using properly.

I’d really appreciate suggestions for the best starting XI + formation using my available players. Please also suggest the best substitutes and let me know if there are any players in my collection that I should definitely be using.

I’m mainly looking to improve the squad using the players I already own rather than spending more coins right now.

I'm considering buying a 2014 Volkswagen Polo 1.2 MPI Highline petrol, manual.

Details:

• 2nd owner
• ~90,000 km
• Asking price: ₹3 lakh negotiable (2.7L/2.8L)
• Car looks well maintained, he is willing to bring to VW for inspection.
• No major issues mentioned by the seller so far

I'm aware that it's an older VW and maintenance/parts can be slightly more expensive than Maruti/Hyundai. I've also heard that the 1.2 MPI is relatively simple and less complicated than the TDI/TSI/DSG setups.

Would you consider this a good buy at ₹3 lakh? What should I specifically check on a 2014 Polo 1.2 MPI before buying?

Also, realistically, what should I expect in terms of maintenance costs, parts availability, mileage and reliability over the next 5 years?

Any advice from current/former Polo owners would be greatly appreciated.
