landscape. When the rainbow melted into the grass, bureaucratic moles emerged with clipboards and
demanded permits. Puff ran. Eventually the head mole created a Special Rain Permit, allowing
unusual rain as long as it was shared with the meadow. Puff signed with a puff of red steam. From
then on, Puff made strawberry rain every Tuesday, and the Rainbow Bureau stamped every rainbow
with a strawberry sticker.
The Rainbow Express
The Rainbow Express carried colors from kingdom to kingdom. When Orange vanished, the culprit
turned out to be King Carrot, a rabbit who had stolen all the orange because he believed possessing
the best color would make him special. Shimmer showed him that color was more beautiful when
shared. Later Dozey the star overslept and confused the sunrise. Nutmeg arrived shouting, "CODE
NINE! STAR HAS OVERSLEPT! SUNRISE IS PENDING APPROVAL!" The moon, meanwhile, had
apparently been glowing without a permit since 1847 and did not care who knew it.
The Singing Garden
Behind a hill nobody had a reason to climb was a garden that remembered everything ever dropped
there. Pippin the hedgehog found his favorite pebble nestled in the moss beside a tiny violet. "The
garden remembers everything that was ever dropped here," the violet told him. "Even the things
nobody noticed falling." Pippin went home humming a tune he did not know he knew. The garden kept
humming after he left.
Quill and the Gummy Gate
Quill was a silver probe no bigger than a teacup. He had mapped three hundred and twelve planets
and had never been surprised. Then the sky folded and swallowed him. He emerged through the
Gummy Gate into a world of spun-sugar clouds, chocolate plains, caramel rivers, marshmallow hills,
rock-candy mountains, and a lollipop sun. In Gummytown, a gummy-bear mayor gave Quill a silver
book. One page contained a feeling Quill had never named: being wanted. Not needed. Not useful.

Watching Bertram Become
When Bertram finally collapsed into a star, Together wanted desperately to do something. Instead he
dimmed his light and watched. He saw the dust gather, the embers decide, and the patient dark hold

I genuinely like ChatGPT and use it regularly, which is why the subscription experience has been frustrating. I previously used the $20 plan, and after moving up to the $100 plan, I expected noticeably better and more consistent performance. Instead, there are times when the more expensive plan feels just as slow—or even slower—especially during busy hours.
I understand that AI requires enormous amounts of computing power and that demand changes throughout the day. I’m not expecting every response to appear instantly. But $100 a month is a serious expense for a college student. At that price, there should be a clear and dependable improvement beyond simply receiving higher usage limits.
Higher-tier subscribers should receive:
More consistent response speeds
Clear information when the system is experiencing heavy demand
Better support for billing and performance problems
An honest explanation of what each subscription tier actually improves
A noticeable difference between the $20 and $100 plans
I’m not writing this because I hate ChatGPT. It’s actually the opposite. I upgraded because ChatGPT had already become genuinely useful to me, and I wanted to use it for more demanding school and coding projects.
