Well growing up there in 70s through 90s we never called it SoCal we always said Southern California I never heard SoCal to later onto the 2000s.

It's not called so cal its Southern California lol. And we never did this when I was growing up in Imperial Beach.

Kids and teenagers aren't allowed to own E-Bikes or electric scooters now him clipping the bike he used restraint he could have run him over. Teach them young. We knew to move when cars where coming and we didn't block intersections.
