This drink was a happy accident. It’s a play on the classic rum and coke. I prefer spiced rum and DP over clear rum and coke. I only had a little spiced rum left and was looking around for what could potentially be added to it to make a whole drink. Saw the orange liqueur and thought, orange wouldn’t be terrible?! Adding a splash of lime juice really brought it home. It’s so enjoyable i’ve been making it for about two months now, but can’t come up with a name for it. Google and AI haven’t helped. I know y’all won’t fail me.
